You’re not sure whether or not it was your own making (in the sense of whether it appears in your registration form).
The safest place to start from is visiting a NIRA office to find out-if you’re not sure.
If the changes you would like to make are as a result of your own desire, check our website for the procedure to follow before approaching a NIRA office to submit.

We understand some people may have misplaced their application/registration IDs, which is regrettable.
We kindly encourage them to visit a NIRA office for appropriate assistance. Unfortunately, the use of a registration ID that we issue in three ways: on a receipt, via SMS, and written on the form, was meant to save them that burden.
