Off duty cop assaults Black driver for FedEx—threatens with gun. 7 police officers & K-9 unit all came to support their buddy. Cops said it wasn't a crime because man "just said he was going to shoot you." But didn't actually "point the gun." Man was upset because he "didn't like the way the driver picked up his shipping case." He followed the driver out to his truck, jumped on his back, threatened to shoot him in the face and then "end him." Man claimed to be a Leon County Sheriff’s Deputy in Tallahassee, Florida. LeRoy C.
