Wow! 😔 Air traffic control (ATC) audio from the final moments of the Learjet 60 that crashed on November 1, 2026, in Palm Beach County, Florida (near Greenacres/West Palm Beach). A woman can be heard declaring an emergency and warning that the aircraft is in an "overspeed" condition, descending at 20,000 feet per minute. The pilot reports that they are descending at 22,000 feet per minute and that the aircraft is banked at approximately 60 degrees. Elsewhere in the recording, the phrase "We’ve run out of time"—attributed to her—can be heard.
