Secretary @CiscoAguilar & AG @AaronDFordNV issued a statement after three Washoe County Commissioners failed to canvass the recount of two vote totals for the June Primary Election.
Today, the @NVSOS & @NevadaAG filed a petition with the NV Supreme Court to address this failure.

Repair of the damaged fiber that caused the state government internet outage has been completed, and state websites and services are back online.

Restoration efforts on this outage continue. The portion of the fiber damaged in the fire is being replaced with new fiber. Initial estimates indicate repair will be completed this afternoon, but no firm estimated time is available from the provider yet.
