Two beautiful verse novels that will be going into my library stock, not read book two yet but I have very high hopes for it, book one is amazing 😍📚😍 #LoveLiteracy @Petersbooks @EarlyTrain

Passionate talk on children's reading for pleasure and the national year of reading from Jonathan Douglas from National Literacy Trust, great start to the day 😍📚😍 #LoveLiteracy

Let the show begin 😍📚😍 #LoveLiteracy @Petersbooks

We had a really good virtual author visit with @BlueGold201 today. I've just finished (and thoroughly enjoyed) "Pax and the missing head" and it already has some students waiting to get hold of it 😍📚😍

Just finished "Bite Risk" by @SophsWills. Exciting, fun, spooky, breathtaking. I've got quite a few scary book fans at school that will love this - definitely need to jump straight into book 2 😍📚😍

Can anyone explain to me why two of my favourite YouTube channels are playing in Italian when I cast them to my TV. They play in English without problem on my devices and there's no problem with any of the other channels I watch, I'm missing valuable book reviews here 😬😵😜

If you are going to watch a lot of kitchen sink dramas can I suggest you mix it up with some Ealing comedies to lighten the mood 😁

Book post from @Harper360UK this morning - I've got loads of students that will go bonkers over these 😍📚😍

Just finished "Where the River Takes Us" by @WelshDragonParr I loved it so much ❤-Wonderful characters/story, heart warming family relationships and I loved the descriptions of the 70s - my copy is now going to school, I think I'll find some students to love it too 😍📖😍

One of the best things about being a school librarian is when a student returns a book and raves about how much they loved it. Today a student returned "Broken Hearts and Zombie Parts" by @WHusseyAuthor and said, "it was Wonderful!", they're going straight into, "The Outrage".

Just finished "City of Dragons" by @jaimalyogis beautifully illustrated by @SuperRisu - I don't often read graphic novels but I just got this for school and I thought I'd try it. I loved it, the characters and the story 🥰, I will definitely be getting book 2 ASAP 😍📚😍
