Derensili Sanches Fernandes has been called up by his National Team, Cape Verde for the first time!
Its unknown whether he'll miss Towns game against Wycombe later this month. Radinio Balker and Joe Taylor are both in contention for their own National Teams, if both are called up, the Wycombe game will be postponed.

What impresses me even more about Sanches Fernandes is that when does get tackled he doesn’t just throw his hands up and moan like a lot of wingers would do.
He digs in, turns around and chases his lost ball down and that right there is why he is loved by the Huddersfield fans, Martin Drury and his staff.
A superstar at this level for the terriers!

Massive credit to Martin Drury and Jon Stead. Was very underwhelmed by the appointment given the results back end of last seaon but they have proven me and others wrong.
Recruitment team deserve a lot of credit too. Some superb additions over the summer.
