The Free Yard Waste Collection Program begins on Monday, Nov. 2, along with the second cycle of the Bulk Curbside Leaf Collection Program. This #FAQFriday, we’re talking about these two leaf disposal programs. Question: What is the difference between the two programs? (1/4)

Answer: Both are free programs to dispose of fallen leaves. During bulk leaf collection, loose leaves are placed next to the curb for crews to collect. Only leaves are permitted in the piles. Leaves are collected once per two-week cycle, ending on Nov. 25(pending weather). (2/4)
