God Mode

Someone recently said (paraphrased): “Social media is a virtual world full of people who can hide behind anonymity. It is therefore not necessarily the safest place to open up, to share, to be honest, and simply be your true self.” I 💯 connect with this.

But when the day is over, & you can't fall asleep. You're confronted with your thoughts & feelings all alone, & with nothing else to distract you.. You break down, & the tears flow. My friends, it's OK to feel what you need to feel. Cry when you need to. You are loved ❤️

"O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you."

We’re all simply trying aren’t we? Trying to be a good father, a good mother, a good spouse. Trying to be a good child to our parents. We’re trying & it’s not easy. We trip & fall sometimes. We mess up & don’t even meet our own expectations. May God help us for trying our best 😓
