Learned a lesson to share with y’all today. NEVER PREORDER AN @Uber FOR AIRPORT PICKUP. It is a disaster. I waited half an hour for the car even though it was supposed to be there. No one in the Uber app responded & they wanted to charge me half the cost to cancel. Hey @lyft!

Clearly this touched a nerve for many of us. To be clear, this is for pickup from an airport; ordering in advance to go to the airport is fine. But I still haven't received a call from @uber for this & a previous issue where their customer service came up short. Still waiting...

Lou Whitaker should be immortalized beside Alan Trammell in Cooperstown. I’m not sure any player was ever shafted worse by the writers. Sweet Lou received a paltry 2.9% of the vote and was off the ballot in one year. That’s an unfunny joke and more people need to talk about it.
