Pretty poor @Mailchimp experience, in case anyone is looking for an email service to avoid. Service has been down all day, support said they don't provide alerts, customers just have to contact them to find out. No updates coming. Unacceptable.

A fast no is always better than a slow no. The faster you can get to the point of decision, the better for everyone.
