Two session in the bag today!
A good bag session to finish off the day, it’s always good to get stuck into the heavy bag when you’re not feeling 100%!
Im not where I need to be but I’m a step closer than I was 👌

Another session in the bag, hitting the weights for the first time in a long time!
I’ve got Itchy knuckles, if I can keep disciplined who knows what the future may hold 👀 🤛🩸

Second session of the day, fat as f#%k but we keep moving forward, one step at a time 🤛 🩸 💪🏻

Soon as I get my mind on doing a training session all I can think about is a come back but then I remember I’m a fat mess and I can only manage a quick waddle on treadmill 🤣
Run done ✅

Great memory’s 7 years ago today, on the pitch at @LincolnCity_FC with my WBU title promoting my up coming world title fight in our great City!
Time moves on pretty fast but the memories last a lifetime.
A great day spent with @ImpsFPA

Received some very sad news yesterday, Steve Tighe passed away 😢 a referee that ref’d me over 30 times as an amateur, which of course included my fight V @ChrisEubankJr .
Memories to last a life time, it was always a pleasure to catch up over the years.
Rest in peace ref 🙏💙
