Let us not forget that China and the Philippines reached a framework agreement in 2018 for joint oil and gas exploitation. If people like Teodoro had not sabotaged the process, we would have seen tangible results by now.

“Almost three weeks since many including myself have pointed out there is no warrant of arrest by a local court on Sen. Bato,” saad niya sa social media.
Iginiit din ni Tiglao na walang awtoridad ang ICC na maglabas ng warrant laban sa mga Pilipino—
“ICC has no authority to issue a warrant against our citizens. Remulla hasn’t responded at all. This is IMPUNITY of the highest order, a defiance of our laws.”
