I was about ready to call tech support (the horror!) when I figured that I would try using ChatGPT to describe my issues. I had a solution and the issue resolved in 2 minutes. 4/7

I wonder if I wait twice as long before my next order if @Postmates will double the discount offer to -2% off?!

You've heard birders complaining about non-local birds while watching golf. I'll admit seeing a Bald Eagle on screen with a Red-tailed Hawk call is a little irritating. I always thought those were overblown until I went birdfeeder shopping on Amazon. What fresh hell is this?

I'm sure there is a joke to be made about accuracy and precision here, but I just can't quite hit it.

@OnyxBoox, if you want customers to trust you in big things, you need to be honest in small things.
Building trust with your customers starts in the details.

I would be inclined to give a startup a pass while they’re young and getting started, but this is a publicly traded company with a dedicated engineering team of 28 listed on the website for this product. The $80 million acquisition was 1.5 yrs ago. What are you guys doing? (9/9)
Who would design a User Feedback interface where the out-of-the-box experience before its configured displays a 😠 1/5? There’s no way this went through a usability test or design review. (8/9)

At one point, I clicked into the “Workspaces” view. There doesn’t seem to be any way to leave. I’m having a very vim like experience. (7/9)

Let’s play the "Spot the UX Issues" game! - Where do you even start with this CSS layout? - The heading bar shows that there should be 43 entries, but the page indicates that the dataset is empty. - The 🔽 button fires a Google Analytics event but doesn’t do anything. (6/9)

Bonus: The credential creation page has broken CSS and a half-implemented Google recaptcha! (5/9)

Another bad sign? The credential creation form uses jQuery 1.7 (last updated in 2012) with known XSS vulnerabilities. The webapp doesn’t get any better. (4/9)
