Many of the #Armenians of Duhok (Iraqi #Kurdistan) don't speak #Armenian. The local church has the whole liturgy transliterated into Arabic/Kurdish letters, so that they can read, follow the Mass and pray in Armenian. These photos show the Lord's Prayer and Apostles' Creed.
I had the opportunity to do one of my favorite drives in all of #Armenia today, up the road to Parz Lake. A beautiful drive, and the scenery at the end is the cherry on the cake!
I was today years old when I discovered that dogs can also enjoy beer and champagne 🤷♂️ #pets #fun #alcoholism

I had the pleasure of being on Diran's podcast recently; we discussed #repatriation and what it means for #Armenia today. This is aimed at our compatriots in the Diaspora, but feel free to listen and comment even if you're in the homeland. (In W. Armenian)

For those in #Armenia wondering about the recent increases in labor migration from #India , here is an insightful @BBCWorld article about the situation there. It's about #jobs in Israel that pay more, but the issues highlighted are probably relevant

Should I be concerned that I initially misread the Word of the Day at @Dictionarycom or is that just normal for a 40-something man with a relatively healthy interest in the human body? 🥸#AskingForAFriend #MyFriendInTheMirror
