I can testify to how well this is working for youth in Kabwe through @RestlessZambia Tusunge Lubono initiative
The Chilimba model has supported many people for years. It could be the solution for the lower-end capital deficiency that #Zambia faces, if scaled up and institutionalised.

“If your cornfield is far from your house, the birds will eat your corn”. Over the years, I have come to appreciate the depth and profoundness of wisdom packed in African proverbs. Like the one I just quoted tells us to prioritize what we value. Least we lose it to someone else

I find it so disappointing that we have reduced elections to nothing but a betting game. So sad how we care more about correctly predicting the winner than picking right leader! All this lack of seriousness will come back to haunt us,if it isn’t already!

Truely, the difference between dreams and reality is having a plan of action and executing that plan. A dream doesn't become a reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination n hard work. The new book "Making Africa Work through the Power of #innovativevolunteerism" details
