Why hold $NEARFUN? 🔥 Anyone can launch a meme coin on nearfun.io. Every trade pays a fee, typically 1%. We keep 0.2% of each trade. 50% of that buys back $NEARFUN and BURNS it. More meme coins → more trades → more $NEARFUN burned. For holders and early adopters, that's +EV: it increases the valuation.

Absolutely agree. This is why we exist. Honestly we're tired to see the industry being ruined by rug factories. Either fair launches or not. Let's improve the Space 🚀
BREAKING: Vitalik states that @Pumpfun has killed memecoins by turning new retail investors entering the crypto space into degenerate gamblers and with no real-world use, the industry will die fast. He also stated that @pumpfun has been a net negative to crypto since it was released in 2024 by draining the $crypto ecosystem and turning retail into gamblers not investors. He also said the platform is setup like a slot machine you keep clicking until your fully drained - pump ultimately wins but retail loses.

Textbook rug. Honestly, any platform that lets a creator sit on more than 1–3% of the supply and dump it whenever they want is part of the problem. That's why we just put the limit in the contract: creators can buy 1% max at launch, and it stays locked for 7 days, then unlocks 10% a day. This parasitic stuff shouldn't be normal. Let's fix the market.
Just a normal day in the trenches

On a Fair coin, the typical fee is 1%: NearFun takes 0.2%, and the other 0.8% splits in thirds: the creator, dividends to holders and buyback-and-burn. Dividends are paid in NEAR, by how much each wallet holds. Coins in pools don't count. Claim yours at nearfun.io

After graduation, Rhea keeps 0.2% of the 1% first, and the split applies to the other 0.8%. The dividends part of fees paid in the coin itself is burned instead of paid.

Your first NearFun coin, in three steps: 1. Connect a NEAR wallet at nearfun.io. 2. Open a coin and read its page first: the creator's lock, top holders and first-minute buys. 3. Buy with NEAR. Not every coin graduates. Fair coins pay dividends to holders in NEAR.

Surprise. 🔥 NearFun was built around one vision: a fair launchpad with real anti-rug protections, designed to fight the usual early dump cycle. So we put our own money where our mouth is. Yesterday we bought over 10% of the entire $NEARFUN supply on the open market, with our own funds. We sold none of it: 3 buys, 0 sells, all on chain. Today we burned every single token. 105,944,747 $NEARFUN 10.6% of the total supply — permanently gone. No unlocks on these. No sell pressure from them. No empty promises. NearFun is here for the long run. ❤️ Burned from: nearfun-team-burn.near Proof: nearblocks.io/txns/3ifkgaNAM…

Creators can earn up to 80% of the fees. The typical fee is 1% a trade: NearFun takes 0.2%, and with Advanced the creator can take the other 0.8%. Or pick Fair: that 0.8% splits in thirds between the creator, dividends to holders and buyback-and-burn. nearfun.io

On a Rhea pool, Rhea keeps 0.2% of the 1% first, and the split applies to the other 0.8%.

Points are live on NearFun. You get 1,000 points per NEAR of fees you pay when you trade, and 200 per NEAR of fees others pay in coins you launched. Bring a friend with your link and you get 10% of their trading points too. nearfun.io/points

Fine print: points count the curve or pool fee plus the first-hour fee, never a coin's own tax, and trades in your own coin don't count. Points are a score, not a token, and the rules may change.
