Two ways to be in this market.
You research what other people already think, and you inherit their conclusion. Or you check the design yourself, because you trust your own read.
Most of the timeline is doing the first. A quote, a chart, a thread, and the take arrives pre-built. Confidence gets outsourced. If the crowd says the chain is ahead, the record stops counting.
The other way is slower. Read the docs. Read who can halt it, who can freeze it, who gets paid. Then decide. That is not arrogance. That is the only read that is yours.
Just a quick reminder that XRP is obviously a scam.
Hereโs the proof:
โข Bitwise XRP ETF: 417 million XRP
โข Franklin XRPZ: 306 million XRP
โข Canary XRPC: 243 million XRP
โข 21Shares TOXR: 107 million XRP
โข Grayscale GXRP: 65 million XRP
โข REX-Osprey XRPR: ~20 million XRP
Total across U.S. spot products: ~1.15 billion XRP locked up by institutions who clearly have no idea what theyโre doing.
Even @evernorthxrp is in on it. Classic scam behavior. Nothing to see here. Move along.

A PILOT is a limited, controlled test of a new process or technology under real conditions, but with deliberate restrictions on volume, participants, duration, and risk. It exists to answer specific questions about integration, controls, costs, and compliance. It is not a pre-launch that automatically becomes production once REGULATUON arrives. Many pilots stay narrow or end after the test. Production is the later decision to run material volume on it. Banks run them in parallel across multiple systems so they can evaluate fit.
The common assumption right now is that Ethereum (or EVM-based systems) will run everything at the institutional layer and that XRP is behind because most visible activity is still on controlled or Ethereum-linked infrastructure. That reading skips what the actual pilots show about functionality.
JPMorganโs May 2026 transaction with Ondo, Mastercard, and Ripple used the XRP Ledger for the tokenized Treasury redemption leg. Settlement on XRPL completed in under five seconds, outside normal banking hours, while the cash leg stayed on JPMorganโs existing Kinexys and banking rails. The asset was already issued on XRPL, but the choice of that ledger for a cross-border, multi-institution interoperability test with a major bank and card network was driven by its native design: fast finality, extremely low cost, and payments-oriented architecture rather than a general-purpose smart-contract environment. Kinexys itself remains on permissioned Quorum/EVM infrastructure and has scaled multi-trillion cumulative volume on systems the bank controls. That does not make the XRPL selection irrelevant. It shows institutions are willing to use a public ledger specifically built for high-speed, low-friction settlement when that is the requirement for the asset leg.
Other chains (Stellar, Hedera, and various interoperability layers) have also run pilots. Those tests are not interchangeable. XRPLโs selection in this case for a tokenized asset redemption integrated with JPMorgan and Mastercard rails points to its functional advantages for settlement and cross-border flows, not to it being the lagging option. Regulatory clarity will change risk calculations and let institutions choose more freely among the options they have already tested. It does not erase the design differences that led to XRPL being used for that specific institutional workflow.
Pilot โ production. Test โ commitment. The repeated selection of a ledger built for settlement speed and cost, when the requirement is exactly that, is still information. Words still mean things.

๐ฃ = Accenture.
They sit inside the pipes that move the worldโs money โ Bank of England RTGS, Project Jura, Project Ubin, e-krona, and central bank work across multiple continents.
Rippleโs historical alliance with them was access to the institutions that control high-value settlement.
Meanwhile MoonPay is out here trying to ride the wave like theyโre in the same game.
Theyโre a small fish with high fees. Accenture is the one already rebuilding the rails.
Most of the real work stays under NDA. The public map still shows the pattern.
Internet of Value isnโt a slogan when the firms inside the system start aligning with real-time, interoperable settlement.

๐จ Pentagon Just Admitted Bitcoin is a U.S. Military Power-Projection Weapon Against China
In a House Armed Services Committee hearing, Rep. Lance Gooden pressed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on whether Bitcoin can serve as a strategic tool for national power.
Hegsethโs reply was blunt: โYes and yes.โ
He confirmed Bitcoin provides real strategic leverage over China and other adversariesโฆ and revealed the Pentagon is already running classified initiatives both to enable and to counter the technology.
It lines up with earlier military experiments testing Bitcoin nodes for hardened, censorship-resistant communications and cybersecurity, plus the 2025 executive order that created a U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
Interestingly, CIA Casually admitted that Bitcoin Is Used As A Surveillance Tool: โBitcoin isnโt truly anonymousโฆ itโs a TOOL we use for intel gathering.โ
Rippleโs early move to partner with Accenture was one of the smartest distribution plays in crypto history.
Accenture isnโt a payments app. Itโs the firm that sits inside (or next to) core banking systems, RTGS platforms, and central-bank infrastructure on every continent. When Ripple needed banks to understand and pilot real-time cross-border settlement, partnering with the company that already had the relationships and integration muscle made sense.
Public record shows:
โข 2015 alliance + 2016 joint white paper on real-time cross-border commercial payments using DLT
โข Accenture Ventures investment
โข Support for early bank pilots
Since then the public announcements stopped. Thatโs normal. Large systems integrators donโt name protocols inside client work. NDAs cover it.
What Accenture *has* continued to do, worldwide:
โข Multi-ledger interoperability (connecting different blockchains so value can move between them)
โข RTGS modernization (Bank of England)
โข Wholesale CBDC pilots (Project Jura, Project Ubin in Singapore, Digital Dollar Project sandbox that included Ripple, DTCC)
โข Investments in digital-asset infrastructure for Latin America (Parfin) and African central banks (EMTECH)
โข Instant payments platforms in the Middle East
Same problem set Ripple has always targeted: make value move as easily as information, with real-time settlement and less trapped liquidity.
Singapore is the clearest public overlap. Accenture ran Project Ubin for MAS. Ripple is now in MASโs BLOOM initiative testing programmable trade settlement with RLUSD on the XRP Ledger. Same regulatory sandbox, same goal.
Accenture exited Russia in 2022. Everywhere else the pattern holds: Accenture builds and connects the pipes. Ripple supplies one set of rails and assets designed for that outcome. Whether specific banks are using both behind the scenes is covered by client confidentiality which is exactly how these projects get delivered at scale.
The Internet of Value doesnโt require every institution to shout the name of the protocol. It requires the institutions that already run the worldโs money systems to integrate new rails. Thatโs the reach Accenture gave Ripple early, and the work both have kept doing in parallel ever since.

Just submitted a public comment to the SEC on Regulation Crypto Assets (File S7-2026-27).
The lack of required disclosure lets projects like Quant, Chainlink, and HBAR( the token) be perceived as more institutionally connected or regulatory-ready than the facts support. I asked the SEC to require standardized transparency on governance/control, the real substance of institutional claims, technical risks, token distribution, and securities-law status and to tie any safe-harbor exit to objective evidence, not self-certification.
Full disclosure is the minimum. Comments close soon.
