Rockstar has claimed ยฃ500million in tax relief from the UK taxpayer.
They have paid ยฃ0 corporation tax. All the profit for GTA goes to America so it cannot be taxed.
GTA was British. Now itโs American. I donโt think thereโs anything worth celebrating there.
If rockstar wanted to be a figurehead for UK games they would be. But theyโre not. Because they donโt want to be. Itโs that simple. Nothing to do with the government. I think theyโre doing more than enough.
