Then go onto make the actual purchase for over £1k, instant card block and text "Did you make this purchase?" and no approval!

@AvantiWestCoast Are the train formations that go onto the CIS done centrally or at station level. Reason for my enquiry is on multiple occasions going towards London the CIS says first class at the rear, train rolls in and it's at the front. It's got that bad it's a 50/50 chance
Signalled trains for 5 hours today on 5 different workstations today, I've still got it! And every single one has "something" going on when I sat down.
Rare I get on them now since I stepped into the training role well over a year ago.
