The NTSB confirms that the Learjet 60 that crashed in Palm Beach County on Sunday began breaking apart in midair. Investigators recovered aircraft debris as far as 3.8 miles from the crash site, including portions of the elevator, a critical flight-control surface in the tail that broke into three pieces.

For months, a YouTube creator has been privately messaging fellow creators, repeatedly encouraging them to take their own lives. Many of these disturbing messages are sent directly through Gmail, another Google-owned platform. @nealmohan @lyorcohen @shockallocca

A married couple and their two toddlers were among the nine people killed in the Learjet 60 crash in Palm Beach County, Florida. The couple’s identities were confirmed Monday by both the husband’s and wife’s fathers in separate interviews with The Palm Beach Post.

Dylan Mortensen, a surviving roommate in the University of Idaho quadruple murder case, reveals the disturbing threats she has received, including messages warning “I’ll find you,” threats to expose her parents’ address, and individuals expressing hope that she would be stabbed and die a slow, painful death. The Learjet 60 that crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Sunday, killing all nine people aboard, has been linked through public aviation and corporate records to a Miami based private equity executive with extensive aviation and international business interests. The aircraft, identified as N722BD, serial number 60-271, is registered with the FAA to LR60271 LLC, a Delaware company whose registered agent is The Corporation Trust Company. Records from Jamaica’s government linked AEROTEL system identify Adem Adem alongside LR60271 LLC in a March 6, 2025 entry. A separate entry dated March 12, 2025, associates Adem with Upper Jets LLC. FAA derived aviation records list the aircraft on the Part 135 charter certificate of Aurora Aviation Inc., which operates under the name Upper Jets. Those records identify Adem H. Adem as Aurora Aviation’s CEO. Florida corporate filings further establish that Adem serves as president and director of A&A Capital Inc., a Miami based private equity firm that is also listed as the manager of Upper Jets LLC. Court records reveal that Adem and Upper Jets Maintenance LLC were involved in a Broward County aircraft lien dispute beginning in 2021. On April 23, 2026, Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal affirmed the lower court’s ruling in the case. Adem also has documented international business connections involving government officials. In January 2020, he participated in the announcement of a $60 million luxury resort development in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines alongside then Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves and other government ministers. The A&A Capital backed project subsequently faced public scrutiny over the investors’ experience and significant construction delays. Government officials acknowledged ongoing financing difficulties in May 2025. While these records establish corporate and operational connections between Adem and the aircraft, they do not establish that he personally owned the Learjet or was aboard Sunday’s flight.

In a single message sent at 2:46 AM, he: • Calls another creator worthless and uses racial, disability, and anti-trans slurs. • Accuses that creator of being a child predator and threatens to spread that accusation to others. • Mocks the creator over YouTube strikes and warnings. • Tells the creator that their mother should have aborted them. • Offers to send them money for a rope, explicitly suggesting they make a noose and end their life. • Attacks the creator’s family with additional hateful language. Let that sink in. A YouTube creator is sending messages encouraging another human being to take their own life while simultaneously taunting them about YouTube enforcement actions. The public deserves to hear what is being said behind the scenes.
