Rexaceract emerged from their AI-enabled Magellan platform and has now shown human CNS target engagement, substantial biomarker responses and encouraging 360-day clinical stability in Parkinson’s. They report stabilization, ie. no disease progression. But the market barely notices or does not care. Perhaps i'm just oo bullish, but I just don't crasp this disconnect... what does it take for institutions to recognize this kind of innovation? Full FDA approval and revenues? Or is it just a sophisticated investor or pharma willing to partner up or underwrite the science before everyone else catches on? $GANX and $COYA both illustrate a massive disconnect, and there are many more. Big Pharma faces an enormous patent cliff and urgently needs new pipelines, yet high interest rates, weak small-cap liquidity and a battered $XBI are keeping promising clinical innovation deeply discounted. Ironaccly we're approaching a period when pharmaceutical innovation should be more strategically valuable than ever, while public markets seem increasingly reluctant to fund it.
