Egor Demin: 2/10 FG 3 TO’s
Nolan Traore: 0/4 FG 2 TO’s
Danny Wolf: DNP
Drake Powell: DNP
Ben Saraf: DNP
Dissapointing start for the 2025 draft class. Masterclass from Sean Marks.
I still want to believe the Nets didn’t waste 5 1st round picks, but as of now outside of a Egor Demin jump shot the entire group has shown absolutely nothing.
I just don’t understand how you can find a way to go 0/5 in an NBA draft. That’s really hard to do.
NBA Finals appearances since 2000 without cheating
Nets: 2
Knicks: 0
The NBA needs to step up & do the right thing. Everyone knows Brunson didn’t actually take a 115 million dollar pay cut.
This is not over, the Knicks may have won a title. The question now becomes will they keep it.
Did Brunson take a 115 million dollar pay cut? Or did Dolan give Brunson 30 million a year under the table?
If the Knicks cheated the salary cap, the title will be revoked🙏
Bill Simmons suggests Adam Silver may revoke an NBA title if a team is found circumventing the NBA salary cap🍿
Pablo Torre has already stated the Knicks are his next target🎯
Bennedict Mathurin: 8 million
Jonathan Kuminga: 6.5 million
Peyton Watson: 22 million
Keon Ellis: 9 million
Moe Wagner: 10 million
Sean Marks, take a bow. He turned 47 million in cap space into Ellis, Wagner, Randle expiring, zero future picks, & no good young players.
Sean Marks strikes again😂
We gave Moe Wagner & Keon Ellis more money.
Bennedict Mathurin has agreed to a two-year, $16 million deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, including a player option, sources tell ESPN.
Mathurin’s reps approached the Clippers about withdrawing his $8.8M qualifying offer, effectively turning the QO into a more favorable situation in New Orleans with added security. Mathurin prioritized flexibility and the earliest path to unrestricted free agency next summer versus longer term offers with larger total commitments but greater team control.
1. League leading cap space
2. 47 million in cap space
3. Most future 1st round picks
4. Most future 2nd round picks
5. Enticing big market city
6. Crippling 2nd apron forcing teams to cut payroll & deal stars for cheap
& Sean Marks did nothing😂
Sean Marks wasted 47 million in cap space this summer🤮
The Nets had league leading cap space & all we could do was sign Moe Wagner & Keon Ellis. Two fringe backup rotational players. The lack of creativity from the Nets front office was embarrassing this summer.
I find it fascinating watching Nets fans still believe in Sean Marks. It’s been over a decade, they still think the guy knows what he’s doing😂
Kyrie and KD handed him a free contending roster & he blew it immediately.
Imagine Ben Simmons comes back with a smooth jumper. Add is to the List of horrendous luck for the Nets organization.
