Shoutout to @emalicknjie and his team for winning at the #XRBrainJam!! In one weekend, they created a mechanism for Parkinson’s patients, which normally experience tremors, to navigate #VR tremor-free. We cannot wait to see where this experiment goes!! @G4C #g4c19

Here is our CEO @emalicknjie putting on a demonstration @nyuniversity for how #VR can help with the rehabilitation process for #Parkinsons. It’s been wonderful working on this interdisciplinary project with StoPD, and the NYU drama therapy and neurology departments.

One of the most exciting parts of #virtualreality -- how it works! 🤓 Most #VR doesn't use cameras to track motion... A "lighthouse" sensor sends out high-freq. pulses of non-visible light that are picked up by the headset, to calculate where it is in space! 🤖 #spatialcomputing
