In the @CaolanReports @KyivIndependent argument today.
Please just stop.
They already settled the issue in a civilized way.
there are already russian trolls and bots in all threads trying to fan the flames.
If you love Ukraine and are smart, move on and talk about important things like russia's war crimes.
Both Caolan and KI do good work for Ukraine

Anyone listening to Senator Tom Clonan and thinking his judgement is sound should reflect on the letter he signed with the rest of Irelands Tankies.
Thankfully Ukraine didn't take Clonans advice and still is functioning as a Soverign State.

‼️ Urgent: the situation in Oleshky.
The power of social media is real. Whether through X, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, people can speak for themselves and share the truth; even when politicians try to obscure the reality.
This is the message I received this morning from Oleshky:
“Yes, it’s all a staged show. They’re cleaning all the streets, painting the curbs, and sprucing everything up for the cameras. They’re trying to create a pretty picture in the middle of hell.
Meanwhile, the Russian military is demining everything and carrying ammo and supplies to their positions — and soon all of that will be flying toward Kherson (((
The number of troops in the city has increased dramatically, there are so many of them...”
Please reshare and let those people speak up!

The Herbert Park Hotel, a four-star establishment in Dublin's Ballsbridge district, canceled 70 rooms booked for delegates attending an international conference on combating antisemitism after learning the purpose of their visit.
Maurice Cohen, chairman of the Jewish Representative Council of Ireland, revealed the incident during a reception at Ireland's Foreign Ministry.
According to Cohen, the hotel initially accepted the reservation, but management's attitude changed after he explained that the guests would be attending a conference against antisemitism.
The hotel's general manager asked whether the gathering had any connection to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), despite the event being entirely civilian and diplomatic.
After consulting the hotel's owners, management informed organizers that the delegates could no longer stay there.
The gathering was the 15th meeting of the Special Envoys and Coordinators Combating Antisemitism (SECCA), supported by the World Jewish Congress and the European Commission, bringing together representatives from across the EU's 27 member states.

We have every indication that the Trump administration, together with Newsmax, are going to shortly engage in an attempt to whitewash the crime that Russia has committed in Oleshky.
We can’t let them get away with this.

Moscow has mined the United Nations.
Fact 1: After more than a decade of Russian aggression, Ukraine has become the most mine-contaminated country in the world.
Fact 2: A serving Russian ambassador who has represented the regime throughout its full-scale war against Ukraine has been appointed to lead UN mine action.
Two facts. One reality.
It is unclear how the UN Secretariat reconciles these two facts or what outcomes it expects from such a combination.
Entrusting this responsibility to a representative of the aggressor state is deeply troubling and undermines trust in the United Nations.
This appointment confirms what has been known for years: Russia's illegitimate occupation of the Soviet Union's permanent seat on the UN Security Council poisons the entire UN system.

Today, the evacuation of civilians from the russian-occupied city of Oleshky is supposed to begin.
Moscow has created a catastrophic humanitarian crisis in Oleshky, and today, there will be no independent third-party observers, such as the UN, and no free press. Only a handful of journalists, escorted and controlled by russians throughout their visit to the city, will be allowed access.
Civilians will not be permitted to evacuate to Ukrainian-controlled territory. Instead, they will be forcibly taken to russia or occupied Crimea. What happens next to these 2,000 people, including 47 children, remains unknown.
Today, we may witness not an evacuation, but a forced deportation. All eyes on Oleshky.

How kind of the Indo - and Dan, Dan, The Government Man of course! - to report *as fact* a reason for #Aughinish being open that I don't believe any Irish offiical or report has ever mentioned before! A reason which - you guessed it - absolves Ireland of sole responsibility for taking Putin's blood money! So the reason the Irish government has done *absolutely nothing* about Aughinish is b/c it *also* supplies France and Sweden, is it? Really? Even though the Economist reported a month ago that Europe could easily get alumina from elsewhere (like Germany and Australia already did, *years ago*? And the Independent's evidence for this claim is... not included in the article for some reason? Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Call me old-fashioned, but I'll stick with the assumption that all the evidence actually points to, which is that the Irish government is simply debased enough to watch Ukrainians be killed with drones part-made in Limerick because there's a few quid in it for them.

Ireland Found Guilty of Antisemitism in October 2026
It was always farcical. Like the naked king in Hans Christian Andersen’s fairytale, who tried to conceive anyone who would listen he was wearing clothes, Ireland has always claimed it was not antisemitic. The weight of evidence against Ireland, in October alone, has now become irrefutable. Ireland is guilty. The latest evidence goes to prove this beyond reasonable doubt.
Exhibit 1: Antisemite Paddy O’Brien Found Guilty
This 60-year-old from Dublin was filmed in August threatening a Jewish couple in a French supermarket saying he would “put a bullet” in their heads. Despite admitting to the incident many Irish people claimed he was reacting to being called “Paddy”, which can be used as a derogatory term for Irish people. The couple had claimed he introduced himself as Paddy. He was found guilty by a French court in late October of “attempting to justify crimes against humanity” and “making death threats aggravated by their antisemitic nature”. The court records also confirmed his first name was Patrick, which is often shortened to Paddy.
Exhibit 2: Antisemitic Irish Executive John Gillick Fired From AIG
This high-profile Irish businessman claimed his X account had been hacked when posts were revealed calling Jewish people “filthy dogs”and “human scum”. After an investigation was initiated another post surfaced stating, “Jews in Ireland need to be thrown out. They are traitors and land thieves. Our children need to be educated more about how evil Israel and Jews are”. It went on to say that “no one should associate with murdering jew war criminals”. The results of a police investigation have still to be released, but the weight of evidence against Gillick saw AIG fire him last week.
Exhibit 3: Irish Hotel Bars Jews From Conference on Antisemitism
You could not make this stuff up. The Herbert Park Hotel in Dublin refused to honor a reservation for 70 rooms intended for delegates of an international conference on combating antisemitism. The rooms were cancelled after the hotel realized the booking was connected with an event organized by Jews.
Verdict: Ireland is guilty as charged.
