Companies that automatically sign you up to their #spam list when you buy something from them... and then spam you ๏ผevery day๏ผ. Even if this were lawful (which it isn't), surely no one wants that amount of spam and wouldn't just block/unsub immediately?
Think I will close my @santanderukhelp bank accounts. There is no longer any way to send them a secure message because it has been replaced with "online chat" which doesn't work for their business banking website. So I'm left having to phone them - been ringing for 20 mins so far
You do have to wonder when #Amazon say "delivering tomorrow by 10pm" and they haven't even despatched yet...

Honestly @OctopusEnergy, I switched because I thought you were environmentally friendly. This has been ongoing for almost a year. I asked you to stop sending me these huge piles of paper, no reply. I made an official complaint, no reply. How do I escalate further? #environment
Well, ICOnews have made their complaints process harder for no good reason. Now if an organisation breaks the #GDPR, they require you to chase the organisation for a further month before making a complaint.
