today our industry has reached a point where structures with token-only value accrual are 100% possible
it just takes moving mountains and fighting incumbent processes and structures to make it happen
but it is doable if you're committed to building something without the token-equity double dipping we've seen across the industry
reminder: there is no Jumper equity. $JUMP token will be the only vessel for value accrual.
Yet another top-tier project leading by example, similar to Morpho, Grass, and selected others:
@kamino treats its token like equity by letting the foundation own the entire business: the actual equity, the IP, and the entire cash flow.
There are no shareholders in the token foundation. Only $KMNO holders, who accrue 100% of any value created without any leakage.
As a result, token holders are fully aligned. There is no need for foolish buybacks that slow down business growth, and even in an acquisition, all proceeds have only one place to go: the token holders.
Even their new CEO @WeiszM, who joined from TradFi, is purely incentivized via token packages, which speaks volumes.
To me, this is currently the most elegant solution in crypto for making a token fully investable and effective onchain equity.
It is doable. Anyone still making excuses in 2026 as to why they can’t treat their token like equity is essentially just looking for excuses to extract value from their holders.

Brother, I know you love us, and always support us, but you’re over-interpreting this, in a bad way.
I never said “selling SPCX shares”. I mentioned we have them only because the FTX comparison in the thread may have implied we lacked funds, which is not true. My point was that we hold assets outside of crypto, even in an area familiar to him.
I don’t make threats. That’s one of my core principles I even wrote in my book. Also, our holdings is a drop in the ocean for them. No threats possible. And I think it will be one of the best stocks to hold for a long time to come.
No need to pitch it as a fight or try to drive a wedge. Got enough problems to handle with as it is. 🤣
