The Principle of Least Action (also known as Hamilton's Principle), which states that the true path a physical system follows through space and time is the one that makes its physical action 'S' stationary compared to all other imaginable paths between the same start and end points.

People who survive a brush with death often return with vivid memories of otherworldly environments, yet they almost always struggle to describe what they saw using everyday words. To overcome the limits of spoken language, an international team of researchers asked 50 people who experienced a near-death event to sit down and sketch the exact geometry of the spaces they entered. Published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology by France Lerner, Paulo Cezar Rocha dos Santos, and Guillaume Tahar, this landmark study mapped 108 distinct visual scenes and uncovered a hidden architectural blueprint inside the human mind. As the researchers measured the angles and boundaries of every drawing, they noticed that four specific shapes kept showing up across completely independent accounts. Survivors consistently sketched narrow tunnels, wide archways, gently curved spaces, and immersive, sphere-like bubbles that wrapped completely around their point of view. Even when separated by personal background and culture, the participants' brains constructed their near-death environments using these exact same geometric structures, moving from tight pathways into vast, panoramic enclosures. The strangest finding emerged when the scientists compared the shape of each space to the colors people perceived inside them. Tunnels were almost always colorless, with 22 out of 28 tunnel scenes experienced entirely in stark shades of black, white, and gray light. In dramatic contrast, the wide archways were almost always full of vibrant color, appearing in 27 out of 31 scenes. Gently curved spaces and full spherical bubbles also frequently featured rich, luminous hues, showing that color perception in these states is tightly bound to the geometry of the visual field. This striking pattern reveals that near-death visions are far from random or chaotic hallucinations. Instead, they follow strict rules tied to how our visual system is wired. When the brain faces a severe physiological crisis, basic visual processing creates narrow, colorless tunnel vision focused purely on light and dark contrast. As the internal experience expands into wide archways and 360-degree spheres, deeper neural networks responsible for spatial awareness and full-spectrum color appear to come online, shaping one of humanity's most profound perceptual mysteries. Publication details: Lerner F, dos Santos PCR and Tahar G (2026) The perceptual geometry and chromaticity of near-death experience spaces. Front. Psychol. 17:1760389. DOI: 10.3389/fpsyg.2026.1760389

Your gold ring is lying to you. Gold should be silver, and the only reason it isn’t is Einstein. This is what happens inside the atom. Gold has 79 protons pulling on its electrons. The innermost ones end up moving at about 58% of the speed of light. At that speed relativity kicks in: the electrons get about 22% heavier and fall closer to the nucleus. The outer 6s orbital shrinks by roughly 17%. That shrink changes which light gold absorbs. Silver only absorbs ultraviolet, so it reflects every colour you can see and looks silver. Gold’s gap drops into the blue, so it eats blue light and reflects what’s left: yellow. No relativity, no golden colour. Every wedding ring is a relativity experiment you can wear. There’s a cat hidden in this video. Drop the timestamp if you find it.

🔴 A Physicist Claims He Found God’s Address — And It’s So Far Away, Light Can’t Reach It A former Harvard physicist has made a claim so wild it’s stopping people mid-scroll: he believes God may have a physical location in the universe — but it’s around 439 billion trillion kilometers away. That’s so far that even light itself can never reach us from there. According to Dr. Michael Guillén, this location lies at the very edge of what we can ever observe, a boundary known as the cosmic horizon. Beyond this point, space expands faster than light can travel, meaning anything there is permanently hidden from us. Dr. Guillén suggests that at this cosmic boundary, time no longer exists — no past, no present, no future — only timelessness. He connects this idea with descriptions of God from the Bible, arguing that a timeless, unreachable region fits the concept of a divine being. Sounds poetic… but there’s a catch. Scientists say the cosmic horizon is not a real place, just a limit of what we can see from Earth. Time doesn’t stop there — it only appears slowed because the universe stretches light as it travels. In simple terms: the universe isn’t hiding God at the edge of space. That edge depends on where you are. To someone far away, we are at their cosmic horizon — and last time we checked, we’re not gods. Still, the idea is fascinating. A mix of physics, philosophy, and belief that forces one big question: Are the limits of the universe also the limits of human understanding? 🌌

⚛️ QUANTUM TELEPORTATION IS REAL… BUT NOTHING ACTUALLY TELEPORTS It sounds like science fiction, but physicists can really “teleport” a quantum state across space. The strange part? No particle disappears and reappears somewhere else. Instead, quantum information is transferred using entanglement. Two particles share a special quantum connection. A measurement of the original particle and its entangled partner produces information that allows a distant particle to take on the original quantum state. But there’s a fascinating catch… The original state is destroyed. No perfect copy is created, thanks to the quantum no-cloning theorem. And teleportation can’t send messages faster than light—the receiver still needs ordinary information sent through a normal communication channel. So we probably won’t be teleporting humans anytime soon. The real future may be teleporting quantum information between quantum computers and across quantum networks. The teleportation is real. We just aren’t teleporting matter—we’re teleporting quantum information. Source:

🚨: Recent experiments suggest time travel doesn’t break physics — because past, present, and future may exist simultaneously in a static ”block universe.” For decades, science fiction and theoretical physics have wrestled with the paradoxes of time travel, fearing that altering the past would tear the fabric of reality. However, recent quantum simulation experiments are turning this classic narrative on its head. By manipulating entangled particles to simulate backward-in-time loops, physicists have demonstrated that quantum systems can resolve historical contradictions automatically. Instead of creating temporal chaos or alternate timelines, these experiments show that cause and effect remain remarkably stable even when information appears to travel backward, challenging our traditional view of a strictly linear timeline. These findings offer compelling experimental support for the 'block universe' theory, or eternalism, which posits that space and time form a static four-dimensional structure where every moment—past, present, and future—exists simultaneously. In this framework, time does not actually 'flow' from one second to the next; rather, human consciousness simply moves through a predefined cosmic tapestry. If all of reality is already written and coexisting at once, travelling to another point in time does not break the universe—it merely shifts our perspective to another location within an eternally existing cosmos. source: Arvidsson-Shukur, D. Your Brain May Not Be the Whole Story Behind Consciousness. What if human consciousness is connected to something far bigger than the brain itself? Some scientists have explored a fascinating possibility: quantum processes inside tiny structures called microtubules, found within brain cells, might play a role in creating consciousness. This idea, known as the Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR) theory, suggests that quantum physics could help explain how awareness emerges. Even more intriguing is the possibility that understanding consciousness may require us to rethink our relationship with the physical universe. But there is a mystery: scientists have not yet proven that quantum processes create consciousness, or that human awareness is connected to the universe as a whole. Could consciousness be one of the universe's greatest unsolved mysteries? Source: Hameroff, S., & Penrose, R. (2014). Consciousness in the universe: A review of the 'Orch OR' theory. 🚨 DEATH MAY BE STRANGER THAN WE THINK A fascinating idea from quantum physics called “quantum immortality” suggests that, under the Many-Worlds interpretation, different outcomes of reality could exist—including ones where a person survives. But there’s a catch: this does not prove that death is an illusion or that humans are immortal. It remains a controversial thought experiment, not an established scientific fact. Still, the idea leaves behind a mysterious possibility: our understanding of existence may be far stranger than we imagine.

Every physics teacher you had drew the atom wrong. There’s no little planet circling the nucleus. There’s this, and it’s built from 1 random dot at a time. Each dot is 1 measurement, the exact spot where the electron was found. Measure again and it’s somewhere else. No path, no orbit, no way to predict the next dot. But stack enough of them and the randomness gives up a shape. This is hydrogen in its 4d state, sampled straight from the Schrödinger equation. Gold and blue mark where the wave is positive and negative. Cut it open and there’s a shell inside where the electron is never found. Not rarely, never. The wave is exactly zero there. The electron doesn’t live anywhere. It lives in the odds, and the odds have a shape.

⚛️ WHAT IF YOUR FOCUS IS SHAPING YOUR REALITY? Quantum experiments show a strange idea: particles behave differently when they are observed. It raises a mystery about how observation relates to outcomes. In daily life, what you focus on influences what you notice. Focus on problems → you see more problems. Focus on growth → you start noticing opportunities that were always there. Try this: for 2 minutes each morning, imagine one goal as already real. Feel it, picture it, and notice how your attention shifts during the day. Source: Baggott, J. The Quantum Story: A History in 40 Moments. Oxford University Press.
