Here are some extremely positive swings I have taken this past week. I have truly been working on staying consistent in the gym and sharpening up my swing along with being a Student-Athlete!

Amazing gains in the fall, building strength, speed, staying consistent, and continuing to sharpen my game. Excited to compete at HVAC this weekend with @TeamEliteMW Saturday at 1:30 & 3:45, and Sunday with game time TBD.
Some updated swing videos as the offseason progresses! Staying consistent in the gym and getting work in outside before winter hits. Excited to keep improving throughout the offseason.

Laird gets the start for USA Prime. Good movement on the breaking ball, filling up the zone, and keeping hitters off-balanced.
