I'm Nick. Our team at Structured helps Texas cities and public entities fix, renovate, and build faster through Job Order Contracting.
On here: how JOC works, what we learn along the way, and our Ground Up video series.
Questions about JOC? Ask away.
Quick update from Aubrey Stallion Business Park. Brian walks Building 15: heaters on the rough electrical package, conduits feeding four separate spaces, and a new riser room that will hold the fire riser stack and domestic water for the whole building.
Meet Brant Riner, one of our key leaders. He came up from the trades to superintendent to running a division, with one rule: do right by clients, subs, and crews, without compromise.
Most facility needs don't wait for a bid cycle. With Job Order Contracting, pricing is set up front from a price book localized to your region, so a public entity or non-profit can get a job order moving when the need shows up.

I don’t think most people understand the massive scale of investment Tesla & SpaceX are making in Texas right now.
Everything the two companies are/going to build across the state:
• Terafab (Grimes County)
• Gigasat factory (in Bastrop, currently under construction)
• Optimus factory (at Giga Texas, currently under construction)
• Advanced technology fab (at Giga Texas, currently under construction)
• Tesla Project Crystal Sun (big solar cell plant in Fort Bend County. Late 2026 construction start date)
• Expanded Starlink terminal production facility (in Bastrop, currently under construction)
• Further Starbase expansion (in Starbase)
• Tesla Megafactory 3 (in Brookshire, just started prod)
Mariner slowed to 8knts this morning, several hours ago. I would assume a late arrival at a minimum?
Loving this highlight video my friends at Nomad Creative did for our roofing company. Great work guys! Electric and Build up next!
That’s a ship load of people in Nassau today!

Followup on our cancellation from @SouthwestAir last month. Super impressed with how they have responded - to the point I actually want to fly them again. Full refund of our families tickets + 25,000 points each + 100% reimbursement of our @flyjsx, @Marriott, and @Uber expenses.
Who on here is a government contracting expert? Any resources or advice for getting into sam.gov contracts?

Good morning Texas!!! Look at that sunrise from the top deck of @RoyalCaribbean Allure of the Seas. She is the first Oasis Class Ship to ever call the Lone Star State. We open the new (gorgeous) $125 mill Terminal @PortofGalveston today as our Leadership Conference also begins.
Just closed my Move and Stand goals because I got up off the couch to scarf a piece of cake before bed. Nailed it.

In under 100 days, Texas will welcome the largest cruise ship to call Galveston home!
#AllureoftheSeas sails with its first guests in the Lone Star State on Nov. 13, marking the opening of our $125M terminal.

After being annoyed for two years about @TopGunMovie being delayed because they wanted to release it in the theater, I saw it on Tuesday night. It was incredible and I totally understand why they waited. Bravo!
