WIAA confirms the Exec Board is upholding forfeitures for Archbishop Murphy football’s use of an ineligible player. NWC standings now has the Wildcats at 3-4 overall, 2-4 in league. The AM athletic dept will also be placed on a one-year probation. Story to come @HeraldNetPreps

So the guy who in 2 quarters completed 6 of 11 passes for 69 yards, rushed net 3 yards, and led his team to one field goal is still the starter over the guy who was 28 of 39 for 251 yards, threw 3 TDs and a 2-point conversion but lost 12 yards on sacks? Don’t you have to earn it?

The Huskies didn't do anything all that spectacularly in this one. They didn't need to. They just played clean, fundamental volleyball, limited mistakes, and took advantage of the many Ohio State miscues. Should be a better test against #18 Penn State Sunday morning
