A competitor on Amazon took down our hero ASIN by filing a false copyright infringement claim on all our listing images, despite our copyright registration and three-plus years of use. As a small family business, this is devastating.

Etsy - how we meant to appeal & address the issue if we have zero idea of issue?

@amazon customers were able to exploit our Amazon BOGO promotion to somehow get BOTH items for free, without actually purchasing either one.
End result = -$175K loss in 3 hours

My best-selling product was moved to the "janitorial supplies" product type last year. Now I am unable to add variations or make other important updates/changes to the listing. My SAM, which I pay $3,000 a month for, has been unable to help. @AmazonHelp @dharmeshmehta
Overnight, our newly launched product successfully launched on @amazon, for 14 days– has been hit by 3 FAKE 1 star reviews – all from Chinese reviewers. This may not seem alot..but our overall rating is now 2.5* - and sales have halved as a result @AmazonHelp
Amazon – I implore you to take action. These reviews mislead customers on your platform, & damage legitimate hardworking American business’s who devote an incredible amount of time & effort developing products (which customers love) to bring to your marketplace..

We had the shipment that was going to Amazon Warehouse stolen from @Yellow_Trucking . Now items popped up on Amazon and are sold by 3rd party seller. I already informed the investigator, who informed the police. What else should I do? @AmazonHelp
