Yes because all your biological rhythms are tethered to circadian clocks that are entrained by the sun. It may take awhile, but eventually people will realize LEDs are the fast-food of lighting & that correctly timed sunlight viewing & avoiding SWL light at night is the solution.

Sunday 10th August I take a trio to play Fresh Ayr Folk Festival
I don't get to play as many gigs these days but I'm hoping this is the first of many. Does anyone know of nice places to put on a show???
To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of my 2024 album How Long, I am releasing the 4 original vinyl test pressings.
Limited to 4 copies only.
What a wonderful time we had with this record. Thanks to all for loving support 🌸
