🎥 It was great to catch up with the guys from @CRugbyCommunity today to see the brilliant work they are doing with @WelshRugbyUnion @WRU_Community at @CardiffWestCHS as part of the Fit, Fed & Fun Summer Camps.
The WRU and the pro clubs have hosted more than 200 camps this summer including 21 in the Cardiff Rugby region during August alone.

The sign of a good side is to win when you are not at your best. Huge character shown today to grind out the win with the final try well crafted and superbly finished. Still time after that to show tremendous heart and desire in defence.

I am so proud of this group of players who have worked their socks off and are beginning to reap the rewards. Brilliantly supported by the coaches and support staff.
