today is exactly 2 years since I started writing on X.
I'll be completely honest — it actually started when I was at a pretty low point.
probably one of the lowest moments in my life.
august 2023.
externally, everything was great.
I was in Sicily at my girlfriend's family home.
we had just survived the record heatwaves of European summer.
enjoying the beauty of the island, eating fresh Sicilian mouth watering food, swimming in the pristine turquoise waters.
but inside, I was stressed. worried. confused.
I was coming down to my last few digits in my savings.
our startup crashed earlier in the year and failed to raise funds. my freelance writing gig on upwork wasn't brining a lot and I was hating it. I was interviewing for product manager jobs at startups and it all just felt so suffocating.
I didn't want to be in another job I'd hate, but I didn't know what else I could do.
I had a sense I could figure something out on my own, but I didn't know what that would be.
after a few honest conversations with a friend, Chiara, and of course myself something started to click.
the job was of course the "known" way. something I'd done before. but I knew that soon enough I would feel dead in it again and want to quit.
building my own business felt scary but I knew it was something for me. I didn't want to do a vc-backed startup anymore. I wanted to build my business on my own terms with a healthy cashflow.
and that's when I started having aha moments.
I'd been having this idea I called "The Wisdom Project" that I wanted to build. but I wasn't quite sure how I would make it happen and how i'd earn from it.
these were my notes word by word from that time:
I have an idea. I want to build a "wisdom project", a kind of knowledge hub. It's primarily living online and it collects the best wisdom out there from various discipline and teachings — it's humanistic, philosophical, psychological, spiritual and poetic.
I think it should operate as a business and then it might have a non-profit foundation side too. Business wise I am thinking primarily an educational business — for instance in the long run it could offer courses / certifications for people that want to or are already working as coaches, therapists, facilitators for personal and spiritual growth. For example, one course could be Shadow Work from Jungian perspective.
There's also a really beautiful and sleek design, and beautiful curation of imagery and visual elements. It's not only insightful from verbal content but also pleasant aesthetic experience.
I had a hunch. I just needed to pursue it.
The moment I decided that was it, I am going for it, everything began to shift.
I felt excited. Inspired. Ideas started to flow.
I had a vision and even if it wasn't 100% crystal clear, I knew this felt right. More right than those product manager job interviews.
So I went all in.
Instead of going for the Wisdom Project name, I opted for building my own transpersonal brand.
And that's how @NikHuno on X was born.
I started with X because I enjoyed writing and I felt I would find more like-minded intelligent people here that can appreciate depth.
In the first weeks, I was obsessed with my business.
Figuring out how X algorithm works, studying copywriting, learning from @dagorenouf how to grow on X, watching as many videos as I could to learn, starting my first Spaces where I was the only person speaking to myself.
(ps fun fact, my lonely space recording got picked up by @SpiritualInt, an account that was much bigger than mine at the time, who then invited me to co-host a space together — a lesson in pursuing your curiosity)
I went to Bulgaria afterwards where I went into deep monk mode and spent most of waking hours thinking and writing — ocassionally going outside for a walk and to grab some food.
We then travelled to the Nepal and to India, to cut on costs and extend runway.
I was literally down to the last few pennies in my bank account. having to sell my last crypto at losses because it was a bear market.
about 3 months after start on X I put out my first paid offer. I was scared af. but then..
+$50.
+$100.
+$200.
+$2,200.
I felt a relief. It was a confirmation that I could make this work. so I doubled down.
Since then, I grew my account here to 22k followers.
But I still miss those early days. something eerly cosy about having a small following and trying to figure it out with a few other newly made friends.
like the start of a role play video game. leveling up together with basic gear but lots of excitement. I'll never forget.
now I've expanded to other platforms with 15k+ on instagram, 5k+ on youtube, 9k+ on threads and almost 4k on substack.
I plan to keep growing but most importantly staying true to myself and to my curiosities.
I'm in a very fortunate position now thanks to my business that has now made several six figures. and it's not to brag but to use a testament to what's possible when you keep at it.
I've managed to do a lot in these last 2 years — some things failed and some things succeed. I've learned a ton, that is for sure. and I don't take it for granted. days like today remind me of where it all started.
so if you're in a similar situation, I hope this post inspires you.
it takes dedication, patience and strategy but you can always make it happen one way or another.
and to those who've been around from the start, I appreciate you all.
you played a fundamental role in the growth of my own brand and business.
much love,
@NikHuno

The old way of business is dying: cookie-cutter courses, surface-level strategy, information overload, guru worship, hustle culture. What's emerging is what we've always needed: deep presence work, embodied guidance, transformational spaces. The future belongs to those who can hold space over sell space, guide over teach, transform over inform. You're not early, you're right on time. The world is ready for your medicine.

I used to think my path was scattered: Corporate consulting to meditation retreats. Strategy workshops to shamanic journeys. Leadership training to trauma healing. Now I see - every step was preparation. Every seemingly random skill is part of my medicine. Every contrast created depth. Stop trying to fit your multidimensional wisdom into a one-dimensional business model. Your complexity isn't confusion - it's your competitive advantage.

I used to think my path was scattered too. Real estate consulting to emotional healing. Mechanical engineering to Christianity. Construction management to Latin dance.
And now I'm working with Nik to be of benefit to others as a conscious guide.

The real business strategy no one talks about:
Notice what makes you come alive.
Follow what scares you most.
Share what you wish you'd known.
Build what you needed then.
Charge what honors your journey.
Your nervous system knows your next step
better than any business guru.

The great entrepreneurial journey isn't about building something external. It's about becoming such a clear channel that your mere presence creates value. Your business is just a container for your evolution.

I used to think my sensitivity was my greatest weakness in business. Too affected by energy, too easily overwhelmed. Now I realize: my sensitivity is my radar for truth, my compass for opportunity, my gauge for alignment.

Confront your dragon or humanity will suffer.
The dragon is at your door:
You’re lost.
You’re unfulfilled.
You don’t know who you are.
This terrifies you.
So you keep the door shut.
And stay small.
Avoiding your problems.
You’re not alone. Many people live like this.
It’s tough.
But what people don’t realise is:
This lifestyle is dangerous.
Bc when large numbers of ppl live like this,
The evolution of humanity gets endangered.
And this what’s happening.
We’re a collective of teenagers refusing their hero’s journey.
And humanity needs heroes to secure its evolution.
Bc heroes drive change.
They’re the embodiment of it.
And right now, we as heroes aren’t showing up.
We’re sitting behind desks in office blocks.
Whilst fantasising about adventures, dragons and princesses/princes.
This is a serious matter.
Bc the fate of the world depends on its citizen’s ability to go on their hero’s journey.
If we don’t,
Humanity will greatly suffer.
And we’re already seeing signs of this.
Your choice to open the door.
And face your problems (the dragon).
Is not just about you.
It’s about mankind.
Your family. Your friends. Your civilisation.
They all depend on whether you face the dragon.
So.
Activate the hero in you.
Walk to the door.
Take a deep breath.
And open it.
Let’s go.

10 years ago my friend and collaborator Matthew Ferry discerned the 10 Hidden Motives to Survive pervasive in human consciousness.
The need to hide or cloak yourself, to conceal or be inauthentic, is a survival impulse we call Traitor.
It’s not an intellectual concept, it’s literally survival consciousness.
Look at nature. Hiding, being unseen, is a winning survival strategy.
You don’t need to be taught how to hide yourself, it’s already there, an entrainment field, preloaded software.
The energy of Traitor is an impediment to your authenticity.
Traitor robs you of your power and your peace.
Traitor supposes you are in danger and for you, likely if you’re reading a post like this, danger is an illusion.
So you hallucinate you are in a survival situation and this limits the “you” you are willing to bring to the table.
Today, please forgive and release Traitor.
Please forgive and release the need to hide yourself, to cloak yourself, to limit what you are willing to show the world.
Please forgive and release the illusion looking bad is a danger.
Please forgive and release the need to look good to protect from the hallucination a negative future not coming.
Please set the intention to know all is well. To be my full authenticity, and to lean on integrity, functionality and being of service as the litmus for what I choose to share, and not a fearful hallucination.

Being introverted can be a way of escaping life.
You make yourself invisible.
And thus:
Impossible to hold accountable.
Impossible to give feedback.
Impossible to “attack”.
Being invisible = avoiding life = avoiding responsibility
You don’t have to be loud with your voice.
If you’re introverted, be loud with:
Your presence.
Your energy.
Your body.
People & life will start taking you more seriously.
And you’ll become stronger.
You may fear the consequences.
People now see you.
So they can attack you.
But your soul wants this.
It wants to take a stance.
It wants to be loud.
"Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to their graves with the song still in them."
- Thoreau
Being invisible is a life not lived.
Sing your song.
And take responsibility for it.
Be loud.

Nik is an incredible guide - warm, compassionate, and deeply intuitive.
He has an incredible ability to sense what’s left unsaid and to say exactly what’s needed.
Working with him helped me uncover what was holding me back - my perfectionism - and he encouraged me to step forward boldly, embracing progress over perfection.
I highly encourage working with Nik!
I have 1 spot opening to work with me 1:1 starting November 1.
I will help you build your unique guidance business aligned with who you are in just 3 months.
If right now you are:
- Wrestling with imposter syndrome, questioning if you're "ready" to guide others
- Struggling to package your diverse experiences into a clear, compelling offer
- Afraid of coming across as "salesy" or inauthentic
- Unsure how to price your work in a way that honors your value
- Longing for personalized mentorship from someone who's walked this path
This mentorship is for you.
I will help you create a business where you:
– Wake up each morning feeling deeply aligned with your purpose
– Build a strong brand to attract ideal clients who light you up and value your work
– Create consistent income every month doing work that feeds your soul
– Master authentic selling and enrollment conversations
- Price and package your services confidently
Who this is for:
- You're committed to doing deep inner work alongside business building
- You want to build a business that honors both profit and purpose
- You're ready to invest in yourself and your vision
Who this isn’t for:
- You want a quick fix or "business in a box"
- You're looking for pure strategy without depth
- You want guaranteed results without putting in the work
You will also get free access to the Conscious Entrepreneurs community —
Alongside with many other bonuses (personalized brand audit, your unique content strategy blueprint and more).
I remember exactly how it feels to know you're meant to guide others but feel stuck in the gap between vision and implementation.
The doubt, the uncertainty, the fear of putting yourself out there.
Through my own journey and supporting other guides in building their practices, I've learned that success comes from the perfect blend of inner work and aligned strategy.
The truth is, building a guidance business requires both strategic action and deep inner work.
This container provides both the practical support and transformational space needed to birth your unique expression into the world.
I’m only taking on a limited number of private clients every quarter to ensure the highest quality.
I don’t have any other spots opening for the foreseeable future.
So if you are curious — DM me and we will chat to see if we are a good fit.
Love,

I guided Marco to release an emotional blockage which was holding him back.
I showed him how to tap into the intelligence of his emotions. And receive the message they were telling him.
Which lead to mental clarity and emotional release.
His words: “I am so relieved after having a call with Henry. I feel lighter, more aware and grounded.”
I’m offering a limited number of transformational 1:1 guidance sessions (pay as you wish) for a few more days.
What you’ll get:
• Release the patterns & emotions keeping you stuck
• Actionable steps to transform your heavy emotions
• Concrete techniques to work with your inner parts
• Finally understand what’s holding you back
Pay what feels right.
Think of this as your turning point to release what’s holding you back from growing authentically.
DM me “transform” to learn more.
Thank you @epicofmarco for trusting me with your vulnerability and your openness to truly look inward! 🙏
Hopping on a call with @henryclarkey was not what I expected.
What started as a few questions, asked by Henry, quickly turned into an entire emotional experience for me.
I had uncovered a part of me that I didn’t even know was holding me back.
Henry had held a safe space for me to unpack these specific emotions and offered gentle guidance on how to integrate them. Henry didn’t just breakdown theory, but it was practical, heart-centred insight.
I am so relieved after having a call with him. Like genuinely relieved. I feel lighter, more aware and grounded.
I went into this conversation with no expectation and I came out with very transformative action steps moving forward in my life.
I am grateful for the work Henry is doing and I can only, from the bottom of my heart, thank him for his wonderful service.

I am a closed system experiencing myself through my own sensory inputs.
Every judgment I have about anyone or anything is therefore a judgment of myself.
What I resist in “others” or the world, is what I resist, dislike or am ready to let go of in myself.
What are you ready to forgive in yourself today that you were resisting in the world?

Forgiving the world and its atrocities:
When I feel angry at the world, at its atrocities or the litany of seeming wrongs perpetrated by us against ourselves, I engage in the Survival Motive called Pride.
Pride supposes that I ”know” how the world should be.
The problem with Pride is it robs you of your power and your peace.
Pride is kinesiologically weakening for any human committed to growth and development. Guaranteed burnout.
The world is an incalculably immense cacophony of sensory inputs and complex interactions, interwoven.
Each of these inputs and interactions ripple in profound and subtle ways through ourselves and the world.
We are perceiving infinity through the keyhole of our own perception.
It is so much easier to be right about our narrow perspective than to accept I don’t know everything.
The Pride reflex makes me righteous, entrenching me in my own opinions to protect me from an uncertain and impossibly complex world.
Not knowing, not understanding implies risk. Risk implies survival is at stake.
Ultimately this is an illusion, old software.
Where are you entrenched in your positions?
Where are you subtly or maybe not so subtly using Pride as a way to be right, make the world small enough to make sense?
What prices am I currently paying for my unwillingness to admit, I don’t know how it’s all working out, perfectly?
Please forgive and release Pride.
Please forgive and release the need to be right.
Please forgive and release the illusion that not knowing is a threat, that letting go of my righteousness is a threat.
Please forgive and release that my way and opinions are important or necessary or valuable.
Please set the intention to let myself off the hook for being the arbiter of right and wrong, good and bad.
No one made me the ruler of the universe. Let people and the world have their dramas.
I’m committed to peace.
Please set the intention to be a lighthouse, committed to what inspires me, and to know it is all unfolding perfectly.
