This Phixx performance was our Top of the Pops debut with ‘hold on me’ and was rather iconic and a gay awakening for many! This was a huge teenage dream come true for me! All thanks to being a finalist on Popstars The Rivals on @ITV many moons ago! @TopOfThePops_ #topofthepops

What an honour to share my story and perform at the @LocalHeroAward 2026! Nothing feels better than giving back and doing something selfless with wanting absolutely nothing in return! That is what the local heroes is all about! I am so happy to hear that I have inspired, motivated and made an impact at such a phenomenal event! Massive thank you to @balheerofficial for believing in me and my story! #thankyou #fyp #localheroawards #grateful

Wouldn’t this be cool if it happened next year??? #popstarstherivals #tour #25yearanniversary

Had a great response for my first ever speech @LocalHeroAward ✨🤩 🗣️#thankyou #fyp

Here is the official Music video for Strange Love by my old band PHIXX! Filmed in South Africa 🇿🇦 (Johannesburg) We recorded here as we had a headlining tour and our album Electrophonic Revolution made it to Number 1 over there. We also met Nelson Mandellas family at his home whilst we were there too! Not bad ey! One of my fave countries I have ever had the privilege of going to with work and they make a mean medium rare steak too… trust me to take it back to food again lol 😂 🥩 🎥 #fypシ゚ #musicvideo #PopstarsTheRivals #popstarstherivals

My face when I smell Bull***t!! 🐮 #fyp

Just being my giddy self for a moment. My stupid silly sense of humour. Good job I can make myself chuckle! Always been slightly bonkers! 🤭 #happywednesday #feelinggiddy #stupidme #sillyme

Being slumped on a grim morgue slab and writhing around scantily clad freezing cold was definitely not on my bingo card for my first ever music video shoot in 2003 for Hold On Me but we get what we are given at the time even as a very impressionable teenager at the time…. A few bloody slits on my tits with a serial killing dominatrix bitch to boot! I guess Halloween is on the way yet again… ooops I got carried away with my words…. ENJOY! Death becomes her that’s all i am saying!!!! 😂 💀 🩸 ☠️ #videoshoot #deathbecomesher #dead #freezing

23 years ago this month we released our debut single Hold On Me! #boyband #phixx #holdonme #debut #popstarstherivals

My nan and grandad genuinely believed in me since day one, my nan was the first person who told me to start sending my demos off to London and to make it happen! Well it’s not gone too bad so far at 42! Looking back I would definately tell my 13 year old self it’s gonna be a long winding road but it will all be worth it in the end and to keep going and to never give up on your dreams at any cost! This was taken from my birthday party at Blackley Cricket club! My grandad always use to call me The Voice bless him! ✨ 🫶✨ #nanaandgrandad #family #memories #thirteen
