so shedulded task in Claude can become a form of kind of cron jobs thats kind of neat.
A bit of a hack / work around since you can't have live websites inside an artefact for some valid security reasons, so at least for now we open a browser and mirror (screenshot it back)... not a solution I wanted but hey it's something.

Next iteration of Claude Computer. How might we create a desktop surface next to our Claude Conversatio.

Wanted to learn a bit about sound and space and created a small tool to simulate how sound moves in space. Cavity is a small JavaScript DSL for spaces you can hear. You describe a space in a few lines (air volumes, solid objects, openings, the materials of every surface) and say where the sound starts and where you listen. The engine computes what that space does to sound: a wave simulation for the low frequencies, ray tracing for the high ones, joined at a crossover and checked against answers physics knows exactly. Then you play a clap, a voice or your own recording inside it. This book is the documentation; every program in it runs: press Run on a code block. Fork from here: => html.moldandyeast.com/?open=…

Observation from the last few weeks, a good way to onboard people not native to AI or AI agents at all, is to tell them to use @Muse , @bot or @instinct just as a fancy reminder app. Asking to remind me is actually the first step to understand oh damn they can be proactive. So first ask them to remind me, then tell them they can also ask for help. It's a lot easier to onboard through a proactive agent (push) then hoping that new user get to pull that much out of it.

Seeing lots of "I stopped using Figma posts* and while it seems a lot of attention farming, one thing that I do struggle with paper and figma is since its not tied in directly with data and live product it's jus a mirror of a product. I do think we need to radically lower the distance further as we go more and more towards designed UI systems rather a design token system.
Your entire app with data, logic, UI, all on one canvas ...

Okay so we know now that we can do some kind of "computer" as a sidecar for vanilla @claudeai chat. Now the fun begins what is a computer in the future. So now we have a bit a first weirdo. This is inspired by a bunch of old experiments. Thinking about a webGPU first computer that things about a desktop in a more fluid organic way....

maybe computers should be more weird anyway ...

my absolute hot take is that i think skills.md etc are more a pain than a solution on most cases.

Running artefacts inside artefacts.... So I made this file called Claude Computer that turns Chat into a virtual machine and inside of this I can now run other artefacts well .... what is going on ...
So I absolutely love the ease, use, and absolute power of @claudeai artefacts so I made one when you load it at the start of a conversation in vanilla chat you get kind of a virtual machine / desktop / OS to play with (with Claude itself obviously). Think: Claude Computer is a spatial desktop that people and their Claudes use together, live. Instead of replying with a wall of text, Claude answers by building things on the desktop: documents, spreadsheets, slides, whiteboards, polls, quizzes, forms, boards and small apps. You tick, drag and vote in them, and one click hands the turn back to Claude. Blog post on Substack below.

Claude Computer Claude Computer turns a conversation into a place. Instead of a long reply that scrolls away in the chat, Claude answers by making something on a shared, spatial desktop: a document, a spreadsheet, a slide deck, a whiteboard, a quiz, a planner or a small custom app. You work on it with your hands; Claude works on it with words. Both of you see the same files, and either side can pick up where the other left off. The chat shrinks to a sentence; the work lives on the desktop. The whole computer is a single page living inside a Claude artifact. Share the link in a conversation and Claude sets up its own copy, so every conversation gets its own computer with its own storage. ---- Proof of Concept here below. => slop.boutique/apps/claude-co…

I am kind of shocked that this worked so easily. It's super slow so need to tweak it. But... Here we have a @claudeai artefact that I just give to Claude Chat at the start and then we both a have desktop, UI system and a coding IDE to interact together on canvas vs. just chatting ...
