🥪 The Paldean Update has arrived
💠 This new update includes 144 new characters from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, including all humans and creatures
Happy guessing!
Nintendo Trivia Bot will be going offline for a while today as I'll be migrating the hosting server from Heroku to Flyio, as Heroku is ending its free tier later this week. Sorry for the potential inconveniences!
💥 At long last, a new character update is here!
💠 95 new characters from Pokémon Legends Arceus, Splatoon 3 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3
💠 An /answer command, as an alternative method to answer a question.
New character updates will be coming in the near future. Stay tuned!
🔔 Slash commands are now working!
▶️ From now on, this will be the ONLY way to call this bot and perform its basic actions, such as generating questions, hints or rankings.
⚠️ You *MUST* also mention the bot in order to submit your answers.
Hey! After some time on hiatus, I'm now working on implementing slash commands on the bot, as Discord requires me to do so.
After they're implemented, all answers must be preceded by a mention to the bot, as Discord won't give the bot permission to read message contents. Sorry!
➡ As requested by many of you, it's finally possible to change the time given per question!
Use nt.s time <number>
(for example: nt.s time 10)
📕 Note this command may only be used by server admins, and that the time must be between 5 and 60 seconds.
⚠ Bot might be going down for a few minutes for quick maintenance. Sorry for the potential inconveniences!
⚔ It's character update time!
➡ 138 new Fire Emblem characteres
➡ 11 new Pokémon characters
➡ 3573 characters total now!
All Fire Emblem characters added have names starting with the letters D through G.
Have fun guessing! 🎉
A new character update is here!
➡️ 84 new Kirby characters
➡️ 3424 characters total now!
➡️ Hard mode command!
➡️ Some bug fixes here and there.
A Fire Emblem update will be coming hopefully soon. Sorry this one took so long!
A new BIG mode is currently being planned for this bot! If you want to help decide which characters will make it, check out this thread. Thank you!
As I promised, here's the new mode I'm planning for @NinTriviaBot, a card collecting / gacha mode!
This picture describes what the main idea is about, a simple luck-based/collecting game like many other bots have! Wanna help decide which characters will make it? Keep reading!
After taking some time off, guess it's time to go back to work and add more characters! How about a new round of Kirby chars? :)
Server admins! You can now change the bot's prefix on your server!
Please read the announcement message for the latest update (v1.9.5) to find out more:
Time to feel another character update! This time, 126 new characters, all from the Xenoblade series, have been added to the bot, increasing the total amount to 3338!
This includes all main characters, all blades, all companions... even Turters has joined the fun!
If you want to test your Xenoblade knowledge, use the brand new extension to the nt.q command, nt.q xeno, to get ONLY Xenoblade characters!
Also, thought some fans may want to know this, but Zeke's character #3333 on the character list. That's how luck works sometimes.
⚔️ Time to tip the scales, and guess all names!
The first Fire Emblem update dropped not long ago! Meet new and old characters from this beloved franchise... there's even a new nt.q extension for them!
(also, we just reached the 3000 character milestone heh)
The first ever Fire Emblem update is coming in a few days to the bot! It will add 100+ characters, including some Nintendo characters revealed in recent trailers.
Still, about 98% of all new additions should be Fire Emblem ones, and here are four of them! Can you name them?
