We've been busy and have onboarded 100s of crypto companies who now rely on us for their hiring.
August set a new record for us and it looks like October might beat *every* one of our records in one go.
Very proud of the team and extremely excited to launch new products, work with incredible new partners and continue to make hiring more efficient in crypto.

Yes but also many of the companies with 10+ roles don't have systems in place to hire more than 1 person at a time.
They miss out on amazing candidates sat unreviewed, miss interviews, take weeks to send a contract etc - pretty amazing how common this is.
So yes there is a talent shortage for sure but many companies with a lot of open roles *could* hire more people if they gave hiring the attention it deserves.
Its not impossible but normally needs to automate a live session so too risky if you care about your linkedin account.
Why don't your tarrifs tell me the rates? Impossible to feel confident switching without knowing what im switching to?
