Introducing NoFee Funds.
There are traders you would happily let manage your money if you could be sure they can’t run off with it. That is the whole product.
A trader opens a fund. You put in USDC and get shares at a price that reflects exactly what the fund holds. The trader can buy and sell with the fund’s money, only in pools NoFee has checked and approved, and that is the end of their powers: no withdrawal, no address they can pay, no way to move a single dollar out to themselves. Every trade starts and ends inside the fund’s own contract.
Your side stays open at all times. If the fund is sitting in dollars, you take dollars. If it is in positions, you take your share of every coin it holds, right now, without asking anyone. If the trader picks an early-exit fee, it is fixed when the fund opens and can only ever go down.
The trader gets to run money without ever being trusted with it. You get to follow a trader without ever giving up your exit. No platform fee.

your fresh solana wallet is not anonymous
not because of the chain
because of every server your computer talks to before the chain
heres who sees what on the wire
not what they say
what they get
$SiDAO is live.
We chose to launch on Meteora mainly to fund SiDAO’s development. A zero-fee launchpad still has running costs, and $SiDAO pool fees cover them:
• Infrastructure: RPC nodes, servers and fast transaction delivery, so trades land quickly
• Keeper bot: graduates every coin within seconds
• Public API and live data: charts, trades and holder data, free for everyone
SiDAO coins still pay 0 platform fee.

We are working on token charts across all supported chains and expanding buy and sell quote coverage while making charts load faster and quotes respond quicker
Alongside these improvements we are continuing development on NoFee Funds
Broader coverage faster responses and a smoother experience for everyone using NoFee
Crypto was built for freedom not to trap everyone inside the same few platforms
Somewhere along the way we stopped exploring and started following the crowd The same apps became the gatekeepers Taking value from users became more important than creating value for them
We want to change that with NoFee
Our vision is simple Give the trenches everything they need to launch tokens trade and build in one place without locking anyone in
Convenience is only the beginning We want to build infrastructure that helps people turn real ideas into real products instead of another scheme where the last person in pays the price
The answer to closed platforms is not another closed platform It is better tools more choice and fewer barriers
We are not here to own the trenches
We are here to give them their freedom back
That is the future we are building with NoFee

$NOFEE migration update — September 10, 23:32 UTC
Our migration wallet received 186.91M old $NOFEE from 21 addresses, equivalent to 18.69% of total supply.
Including 41.01M tokens already held in our wallet, we sold 227.92M tokens across two transactions 22.79% of supply.
Net proceeds were 6,516.808429 USDG, still held in the same wallet at this snapshot.
We’re still receiving submissions from pre-sale holders and checking the records for the planned 1:1 migration. Post-sale purchases do not add migration entitlement under our stated policy.

Official $NOFEE migration address
Send your existing $NOFEE tokens to:
0xb9d604584077e2cD260CeC68B45A8D3Ac52d836B
1 old $NOFEE = 1 new $NOFEE
You will receive the same number of new tokens as the old tokens you submit through this migration.
Send from a wallet you control and keep your transaction hash. Do not send ETH, other tokens, or assets on another network.
The new token distribution schedule will be announced separately.
Migration eligibility clarification
If you held $NOFEE before our sale, you can still send your eligible tokens to the official migration wallet and receive new tokens 1:1.
Tokens purchased after our sale are not eligible, even if sent to the migration wallet. Additional purchases after the sale do not increase an existing holder’s entitlement.
Tokens already submitted for migration remain eligible.
Please do not send tokens purchased after the sale.

I’m the developer behind $NoFee, and I take responsibility for the launch setup we chose.
Reviewing its fee controls showed me that we need stronger guarantees around how revenue is handled.
We’re preparing a 1:1 token migration. My priority is to verify the new contracts and explain the process clearly before asking holders to take any action.
I’ll share the technical findings and the changes we’re making openly.
Thank you to everyone building this with me.

A new chapter for $NOFEE
We’re planning to relaunch $NOFEE on PONS
Our review of the current @dontblink_cto setup identified ongoing platform fee sharing and administrative powers over fee distribution. We’re not comfortable with that level of dependency.
Our goal is transparent fees and stronger protection against unilateral changes.
Before moving forward, we’ll verify the new contracts and publish a clear transition plan for existing holders, including the fee structure and official contract address.
Please wait for official instructions.
