That they won't accept *any* one thing being women only, should tell you all you need to know, not one rape crisis centre (see Vancouver rape Relief Centre, rat; see Sarah Surviving, Brighton), not one app (see Giggle), nothing!
Remember, every person who says they are disgusted by the Supreme Court judgment is admitting that: They’re disgusted that female sexual assault survivors might meet in a support group to open up about their trauma, without men being present. They’re disgusted that lesbians can socialise exclusively with other lesbians, without men being present. They’re disgusted by new mothers gathering together to discuss breastfeeding or post partum problems, without men being present. They’re disgusted that girls can play sport with other girls and shower, change and dress, without boys being present. They’re disgusted that organisations - which realise they are too male dominated - can’t fill any female quotas with other men. They’re disgusted that vulnerable female prisoners and arrestees can’t be searched by men or kept in a cell with other men. They’re disgusted that women can have their own things. They’re disgusted by the Equality Act 2010. They’re disgusted by the law. Isn’t that disgusting?

So, a boy has been spared prison for stabbing a girl repeatedly because he is a bright lad. Recently, some boys were spared prison for raping girls because they were not bright lads. Open season, then.

A doctor rapes a patient. The victim reports it. THE DOCTOR ADMITS IT. He tells a hospital committee that it was a "one off" and he will not do it again. THE MANAGEMENT SAYS THAT IS OK. And allow him to carry on working. THE POLICE TAKE NO ACTION. The hospital concerned is the BLACKPOOL VICTORIA HOSPITAL. The same hospital where a 75 year old patient was raped to death and no one was ever convicted for it. Are women worth nothing to the NHS? bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c172…

Note to all Judges: Stabbing a girl 10 times is not β€˜mischief’. It’s serious violence. (We should not have to point this out). Yet another case where a Judge is apparently more focused on the wellbeing of the violent male youth, than the brutalised girl. We agree with her mother. This derisory sentence is indeed disgraceful. Q. What sort of message does this send out to young girls- and for that matter, young boys too? A. That young girls matter less than young boys. Even stabbed young girls. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…

Three years. Seven nurses. A costly court battle. All to establish that women should be able to get changed for work - without a male colleague present. County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally updated its policy to require staff to use changing rooms according to biological sex, with unisex alternatives available. A welcome change. But why did these nurses have to fight their own employer for it? And who will be held accountable for putting them through that? Read story below πŸ‘‡

'Male teachers have worked in girls’ schools for some time, it’s not a new concept.' Yep ... I went to a girls' school. There were lots of male teachers - including the odd one we found a bit creepy. But here's four things they never did: 1. Tell us they were women and that we had to call them 'Miss' 2. Publish an article in the newspaper about travelling abroad for a 'sex change' op and/or hold a raffle to raise money for it (1990s pre-internet version) 3. Use toilets, showers and changing facilities reserved for female staff or students - or claim they were entitled to do so 4. Supervise girls getting changed for PE or dance - or claim they were entitled to do so Had they done any of these things - or had there been even the slightest concern they *might* be - this would have raised serious safeguarding concerns. Now girls - and their parents - are told its 'unkind' to question what would once have been extremely concerning behaviour.

🚨 Breaking: After a three year battle, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally changed its policy on single-sex spaces for staff to bring it in line with the law. It is amazing how simple it is! Now all NHS Trusts must urgently follow suit. Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union and lead claimant in the case, said: β€œThis short sentence in a policy has taken women three years of fear, humiliation and extraordinary personal sacrifice to secure. β€œWe were nurses asking for the most basic protection: somewhere private and safe to undress at work, away from members of the opposite sex. Instead of listening, the Trust told us to compromise, broaden our mindset and be more inclusive. We were forced out of our own changing room, placed in inadequate facilities, threatened with disciplinary action and made to fear for our jobs and professional careers. β€œVulnerable colleagues were put under intolerable pressure. International nurses feared losing their visas. Women who had experienced domestic abuse were left distressed and afraid. Four of us were reported to our professional regulator simply for speaking publicly about what was happening. β€œThroughout it all, the Trust defended a policy it had been warned was unlawful. Even after the Supreme Court clarified the law, it refused to change course. It took a full tribunal judgment, an apology, damages and an enormous bill before the Trust finally wrote biological reality into its policy. β€œWe welcome this change because it will protect women across the Trust, but it should never have required a three-year legal battle. No nurse should ever again be treated as we were for asking for dignity, privacy and safety.” See more breaking in the Daily Express and with @CConcern and the Christian Legal Centre who have supported the nurses from the beginning. express.co.uk/news/uk/226004… christianconcern.com/ccpress…

β€œIt means that men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women, while simultaneously taking away our rights….They wiped women’s rights off the map.”
There seems to be some confusion amongst some people, so I will explain it as clearly as I can: Australia’s sex discrimination act was created for women, on the basis of our sex. When it was enacted in 1984 (ominous year, in hindsight) employment was a big part of it. There was a part of the act, section 7D, that allowed β€œspecial measures” where things exclusively for women weren’t even classed as discrimination, basically when it was being a woman is what actually mattered in the situation. Specific employment/opportunity provisions and… woman-only spaces fell/fall into this category. In 2013, the Gillard amendments introduced β€œgender identity” while taking the definitions of woman & man out of the act. Sex was never defined, but in a normal world it didn’t have to be. It could only have meant one thing (a mistake, again in hindsight). By the time the trans absurdity hit fever pitch, Australian institutions were captured. This included those meant to be the custodians of the SDA. Suddenly, all they cared about was β€œgender identity” aka transgender ideology. When the Tickle v Giggle case came along, it started with an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint. To settle it, aka not have it advance to federal court, I was expected to just agree with transgender ideology. I don’t. I wish I could say I completely understood the magnitude at the time, but it’s almost impossible to. You think you do, but you don’t really until it hits you like a bus. But what I did know, instinctively, was that if I folded, I couldn’t live with it, nor would it help because all it signaled was that β€œwe” would just accept it if threatened. I found myself in a position to challenge the absurdity, and I did, because I knew not doing it would have been worse no matter what. Obviously, everyone knows now, the courts ruled against me in every way they could. From what a woman is, to 7D, to damages. I lost - and have lost - everything. But what does it mean to everyone else in reality? It means the sex discrimination commissioner told the court that the ordinary meaning of woman includes men who claim to be women, and the court accepted that. Men who claim to be women are women in Australia, via the only legislation they have to validate it. It means that for every aspect of the SDA, per the SDC’s demand, woman includes men who claim to be women. From employment to women only spaces to pregnancy protections, because of section 7D. Did we warn about this in our court submissions and arguments? Yes. That was actually our entire case. You can read it. It’s all publicly available. The high court said that we would have no possibility of success. We were arguing that women is adult human female and this matters in, tada, section 7D. That was it. The high court said β€œhell no way”. The high court is captured too. As it stands, due to legal precedent, a special measure for women based on sex does not provide a defense to gender identity discrimination. That means that all special measures for women fall to gender identity, which will only be used by men who claim to be women, and includes - tada - employment, and women only spaces. It means that men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women, while simultaneously taking away our rights. I don’t know how many more times I could say the β€œTickle v Giggle” case is about more than β€œjust” one app, I’ve been saying it for almost 5 years, but I will continue to do it until everyone understands. They wiped women’s rights off the map. It’s a fβ€”ing mess. It doesn’t work. It’s incoherent. It’s ideological. It writes women out of law. It’s corruption. It’s totalitarian. It’s bullsh-t. It’s the test of any government: are you ok with legislating a lie?

@MindCharity, a mental health charity is offering solidarity and support to people distressed by the NHS restoring women's legal rights in single sex wards and facilities. Read that again. A charity that claims to care about mental health but who cannot extend it's compassion to women and girls whose rights have been violated. Our WRN report 'When we are at our most vulnerable', evidences the sickening extent of rapes and sexual assaults in hospitals. womensrights.network/hospita… How can women access mental health support from Mind, knowing they don't support their single sex rights to hospital care. For far too long the rights of women to safety, privacy and dignity have been ignored. Women have been discriminated against, harassed and forced to fight service providers, and too often, their own employers for the right to single-sex spaces. Now Mind is offering support to those distressed by restoring those rights. What about the women who suffered while Mind stayed silent? @MindCharity is showing exactly whose mental health it is prepared to support - and whose suffering it is prepared to overlook.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is an MP in Somalia THIS WEEK defending the mutilation of little girls because it benefits men. I am running out of words for the sheer inhumanity of these men. And the female politician laughing behind him should be ashamed. But that would require a conscience. Around 99% of Somali women and girls have undergone #FGM, yet politicians openly defend this horrific abuse. And what do we do? Keep pouring billions into Somalia while pretending it is building a functioning state. Why are British taxpayers funding institutions whose politicians show such contempt for little girls? Not another penny without accountability. I am sick of this madness.

New for me is the high level sacrifice, beyond the loss of privacy, dignity+safety that we argued is consequence of presence of men on women’s wards. This level is the stealing of resources from the most needy, even at the expense of life or success of costly lifesaving surgery.
