As of tomorrow, 11/7, we will be closing for a much-needed and well-deserved face lift. You have loved Noir through the years, so it is time to restore her to the decadent atmosphere you deserve. Please stay tuned for our re-opening in early Spring 2020. Thank you and Cheers 🥂
