So this week is the first of my 2 weeks of exam results and the anxiety of going into work is off the scale. The dread of what could happen and any fallout is real and I know it’s my brain catastrophising what will prob be the complete opposite but I feel awful😢
Wow such an emotional day! Any sounds of pipers started me off. Corgis wandering where their mum was, a family grieving in front of the world holding it together far better than me. So much meaning, thought and emotion into every part planned by the queen. RIP #queensfuneral
Well Week 2 of summer exams 2022 has included a JCQ inspector visit, after the exam had finished and a fire alarm during an already busy English exam. It’s definitely been an eventful 10 days in my first summer season #exhausted
My first summer exam season starts today. My nerves of off the scale, not had a decent nights sleep for a week and it’s all I can think about. I’m def reliving taking my exams all those years ago with our students. Good luck all! #exams2022

I have done 4 weeks in my new role and Today has been the first day I have really felt overwhelmed/out of my depth. But it’s one bad day and tomorrow is a new day to move forward. No to go to the dentist😩
7 days into my new EO role. Might be a little mad because I am enjoying it despite feeling frustrated I don’t know enough and picking up lots of “issues”. It is a challenge I have needed for a long time but not been brave enough to take on. Just need the lurgy I have to go away
I jumped out of a plane to help towards this AMAZING final total and save local lives. So proud of everyone at NAC
We are so proud that after two years of fundraising for our college charity @Jays_AIM, we not only surpassed our £10,000 target we gave ourselves in the first year, but we have over tripled it, with a total raised of £32,557.03!

Sat writing a personal statement to apply for a new job. Why is it so hard to sell ourselves and see the positives? I feel like saying nope just stay doing what you are doing. But thinking back over the last 25 years I have been working I have achieved so much to be proud of.
