Nah. My stance on “going to the gym” aka moving your body and putting good things in it is objectively correct and scientifically proven. I’m not budging. It requires time, effort and consistency; something most people lack. Because most people are lazy. And to be frank: it is hard. People would rather spend more time arguing with how I am wrong than actually doing the work. Taking care of your physical little by little every day is a basic minimum requirement for self love and self care. It’s not a quick fix; it’s the basic principle to building. I’ve hit several lows and rock bottoms. You don’t know me so don’t assume that you do. No one helped me and likely no one will help you. Rebuilding yourself from nothing is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But if you’re forced to I will encourage everyone to always start here.
