We will be using an alternate course today due to unsafe conditions on the steep downhills. The course is mostly set and will be complete by 7:30 for your 5k runners to preview it. It is still two (smaller) loops in the field then two big loops in the back.
Thank you to all the runners, coaches, and especially volunteers who made the 20th Rumble another memorable and successful event. Best of luck to all the remainder of the season!

The elementary championship races will be run Saturday at 2:30 and 2:45 following the MS races. An email is being sent to coaches.
We are under a severe thunderstorm warning. Please head to your vehicles. The remaining races cancelled for tonight.
Coaches, thunder is audible. We are currently on lightning delay. Please do not start any warmups until given the all clear.

With 3,458 runners entered, this will officially be the largest field ever for the Rumble! Looking forward to a great meet!
Many thanks to all of the runners and spectators who came out the last two days and made Rumble a great event again in 2023! We are so grateful that you continue to come to our meet. And a special thanks to our Rumble volunteers. Without them, it doesn’t happen.
