Strangely this is not the trailer for the next Hollywood blockbuster but a cacophony of lies by our sitting government! #ToriesOut

It was a pleasure to chair this year’s TUC Women’s Conference. Thanks to all the delegates who spoke on such important and sometimes emotional issues. #NewDealforWomen

My first trip to Israel was 1992. Growing up in the 1970’s and with access to only UK & Irish media I was a huge admirer of the Israeli people. I had brought my copy of Leon Uris’s “EXODUS” and couldn’t wait to see these brave “Sabres” in real life.
BUT then I saw the reality 1/

Take this tweet down - for all parties involved. Urgent intervention needed from Attorney General here. This is a live case.

Mr Schapps (and all your other aliases), you are the Transport Minister. This is your fault.

Can I thank all those who marched with the ASLEF banners and flags in solidarity with the whole union movement for a better deal for all working people not the politics of division promoted by this government of dubious morals solely there for their rich mates.

Well I’m very pleased to say that I didn’t break @ASLEFunion at AAD! Really enjoyed my week as Chair, interesting speakers and great debates. The generosity and camaraderie of the delegates, even when we disagree (which is often) was wonderful.

Everyone in Britain still acts as if this was a normal government. Instead it is a project of deliberate destruction, of laws, of institutions, of anything that stands in the way of a PM who just doesn’t want to be held to account.
