If the economic/cultural right/all other anti-leftists want to diswokefy the corpos, they gotta create competition to Black Rock and Vanguard and buy controlling interest in the companies influenced by them in addition to and/or in lieu of boycotts.

It really is this simple
Every libertarian I know says “End the Fed” and just hopes everyone else just understands. They don’t. @ComicDaveSmith explains it perfectly

Wondering when politicians will run out of "free" shit to give their vote cattle.
Philadelphia is preparing to become the first city in the nation to offer this mortgage model, with lower interest rates, no private mortgage insurance, and credit scores as low as 620.

My wife's company hired an Indian that pulled this stunt. Used his kids as an excuse for why he was never reachable. Took 7 months to fire his bum ass despite complaints piling up from day 1. HR required a ridiculous number of boxes to be checked before they could kick him out and that took A LOT of time. Companies need to make probation the S.O.P. cuz I'm absolutely certain these scammers know they can get away with it for so long.
it’s actually worse when i was in big tech i saw people doing nothing for months in my team we had people who we couldn’t fire either so we gave them random tickets that were basically “open a dashboard every day and if u see something in red ping someone on slack”

I would happily pay more money to Elon if it meant getting away from the current options
Verizon's CEO said today that SpaceX will need at least 4-6 years and $300B-$500B to fully build out its @Starlink Mobile U.S. carrier network: "Their service just can't compete with a terrestrial network. In suburban and urban areas, where 98% of our revenues are, we're somewhere between 100x–1,000x more efficient than they are. We know exactly what they're going to do. We know who they're talking to on towers. There's no magic wand. There's no secret sauce. There's no shortcut. They're going to look at 65,000–80,000 macro sites. They're going to need backhaul, RAN, and a tremendous amount of spectrum. It's going to take a minimum of four to six years to fully build that out. It's going to cost hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars, I assume somewhere between $300 billion and $500 billion. Then they need to build retail, customer service, back office systems, et cetera. All of that gets them basically the same network and same capabilities and same cost structure as what we have today. Then sometime over the next four to six years, they have the possibility of becoming the sixth, not the fourth, the sixth competitor in the market. You can be sure over these next three to five years or six years, we are not going to be standing still. Four to five years from now, we will be two to three generations better than where we are today. We will have high-speed broadband gig-plus coverage across the country with our millimeter wave. We are ahead of most people and already experimenting with what 6G applications will look like." (via Verizon's Q3 earnings call earlier this morning)

Not a single politician is on our side. Sooner y'all get it, the sooner it gets corrected.
Just departed India having advanced our economic and strategic priorities in the region. Continuing to build our economic partnership and energy security cooperation makes both our nations stronger.

So basically, today PHP got two critical bugs that let anyone run code on your server without even logging in, which is bad, and then the details leaked before the patch was even out, which is worse, and it works on WordPress and MediaWiki and Magento and Joomla and Laravel, and Censys says like 1.5 million servers are running a version with no fix, so the NSA was like "take your system offline," and the FBI was like "take your system offline," and CISA and the UK and CERT-EU were all like "take your system offline," and then the Prime Minister of Japan, the actual Prime Minister, posted at 5:55 in the morning telling 48.8 million people to take their system offline, so everyone took their system offline, like the Dutch cybersecurity agency took its own website offline, and the Dutch parliament went offline, and the Port of Rotterdam went offline, and Finland and France and Denmark started pulling government sites, and Wikipedia went down, and Archive.org went down, and Asana and GOG and Something Awful went down, and the University of Vienna's webmail went down for some reason, and that's just PHP. Because GitLab also dropped a CVSS 10.0, which is the highest score they give out, for a bug that's been there since 2014, so that's every self-hosted GitLab for twelve years, and then LiteLLM 1.107.0 got hijacked and shipped a credential stealer and a remote access trojan in every single wheel and the Docker images, including latest, and you didn't even have to import it, just installing it was enough, and it's the second time this year, and then Railway paused every deployment on the entire platform because someone got into the environment variables, so now everyone has to rotate every secret they've ever stored there, and TiDB Cloud said someone was walking around inside with stolen credentials for basically a month and an extortion group says they took 10.6 terabytes, and Zeabur got breached for the second time in two months and is just shutting down, like the whole company, and Node.js patched remote code execution and a TLS bypass, and CISA says Plex is being actively exploited, and someone took over 300 Tor exit relays to steal SSH passwords, and SafePay ransomware has hit over 600 critical infrastructure orgs, and India's biggest bank filed a data loss incident, and Japan has been in an official state of emergency in cyberspace since October 9, which honestly explains the 5:55 AM post. Oh, and eMudhra, a certificate authority that's issued over 60 million certificates, whose entire job is proving websites are who they say they are, was supposed to be using private keys that are random numbers over a hundred digits long, and one of them was 4. Just 4. And the others were like 66 and 237. Anyway, it's Wednesday.

I stopped being polite to indians in Costco ages ago and it's been a huge QOL boost. If I have right of way, I'm not stopping. tbf my ankle taking isn't limited to Indians but they end up being the majority. When/if they start acting out over it, I've found staring them down while showing zero emotion on your face unnerves them more than anything else and it's fucking hilarious seeing them trying to process the absolute zero fucks you give about them.

Served tacos and brisket at our backyard wedding. Whole thing cost about $20k. W/e ended up on social media probs looked bangin but we only cared about the people at our wedding so idk and idc. Hope he dumps her cuz the chancla of alimony and child support are a bitch.
Overheard a couple in their late 20s having an intense argument at an airport lounge yesterday. They have $60,000 saved up between them. The guy wants to put $50,000 toward a down payment on a duplex to lock in housing security before starting a family, and spend $10,000 on an intimate backyard wedding with close friends and family. She refused: “I am only getting married once. A $10,000 wedding looks cheap on social media, and I’m not serving tacos in someone’s lawn. We need a proper venue, videographer, and open bar for 150 guests. We can rent for another two years.” He looked completely exhausted: “You want us to burn four years of combined savings on an 8-hour party to impress people we talk to twice a year?” Her reply: “If you loved me, you wouldn't make me negotiate down the one day I’ve dreamed about since I was eight.” Rent for 2 more years to give her the dream wedding, or is this an immediate dealbreaker?

Regardless of your opinions on anything, do your fuckin research on your audience first lmao. Your job isn't to signal whatever virtue you believe in, it's to be successful in your endeavors. Doubly so when your target audience probably holds an opposing viewpoint.
