Ole was sacked on a Sunday. @JamieJackson___
"The club cannot announce a sacking until they inform the New York Stock Exchange, which is closed at weekends." - @JamieJackson___
Oh this is why we never get weekend sackings.
Makes sense.
Forget winning a league title.
How many players do you think United have, that are good enough to start in a title challenging team?
Lammens, Mainoo, Sesko and Bruno.
Bruno is on his way out too, at the end of the season.
This squad sucks.
Tuchel is a shit manager.
Amorim is a shit manager.
Eddie Howe has never worked with Jason Wilcox in his life. They’re almost certainly not mates.
Regardless of what you think of Howe. This just proves United fans will hate anyone who’s British.
One of the things that really annoys me is the fact that the club wouldn’t give someone like Tuchel control over certain football matters so he wouldn’t come. A year later Amorim calls out the board in a press conference for the same issue and they sacked him immediately for it. If the club want to have control over significant football matters then they have to take responsibility when it goes wrong instead of hanging their manager out to dry. Part of the reason they hired Carrick is the same reason Wilcox wants to hire his mate steady Eddie. They trust that he will never expose them in a press conference and will conceal their incompetence. They aren’t picking the best manager for the club, they’re picking the best manager for themselves.
