.@amazonIN suddenly closed my account few months ago. An account I used for 15+ years with lakhs worth of orders. No explanations. I assumed this was a mistake, so mailed them a few times to restore my account, all to be ignored.

When I call customer care.. they say we cannot help.. to write an email to their backend team. Meanwhile every time I email their "OFM" email, some executive sends me copy pasted email in sheer laziness with no option to reply back or have a discussion. This feels like bullying.
