So this man was just arrested, presented to court which then hands him over to #MadlangaCommission ? I love the Commission and how the magistrate received and understands the memo! They removed fake patient from his fake psychiatric ward! Look how healthy he is!

Now those consequences he ordered are staring to trickle in 😂😂😂
One of the conditions is that he needs to make the necessary arrangements with the Madlanga Commission for his next appearance.

Carrim is more than stress that he has to go back to the same commission he tried to avoid for the past 6 months
Mkhulu Madlanga: Good Morning Mr Carrim, we are glad to have you back
Carrim: morning chair *swinging the chair*
Advocate Khumalo: Afternoon Mr Carrim let's go to page 80 paragraph 28, can you please explain the transaction clearly. Last time you say you will study the transaction and find out where the million went.
Advocate Baloyi: no Mr Carrim it can't be, your explanation is not making sense, there's no logic how ever you can comment if you want.
#Carrim
#MadlangaCommission
The man thought he got bail. Kanti magistrate is onto something. If he doesnt honour the condition to make arrangements to appear before #MadlangaCommission within 48hrs he is back in custody. Basically Madlanga has him by a leash, unless he escape within 48 hrs .

Today we were told by the Police that they are going to court to take away our democratic right to Protest.
We also found out that in the Durban Magistrate Court there is now a specialised prosecution that has been started in order to prosecute members of March and March
So I don’t care who says what anymore but u refuse to keep quiet when we are being moved into a dictatorship and treated like second class citizens in our own country under the ANC government 🤞🏻‼️
You have spent so much money to oppress us instead of using that money to fix the border issue and you still want us to keep speaking highly of a modern day oppressor? Khohlwani nje…

The rain is pouring in Durban right now but the people said fuck the rain, we will dill up the streets regardless!
Do you know how fed up you must be with the government to end up protesting in the rain???
The ANC must kiss KZN goodbye forever!

EXPOSED: R2.7 MILLION FOR MCHUNU’S LAWYERS WHILE TAXPAYERS FUND TWO POLICE MINISTERS
Taxpayers have already paid R2.7 million for Senzo Mchunu’s lawyers.
That comes on top of R3.16 million in remuneration for Mchunu while on special leave, and another R3.02 million for Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia.
Approximately R8.89 million in disclosed remuneration and legal costs. The salary figures only run to August 2026. And the latest parliamentary reply still does not disclose how much more legal funding has been approved or committed.
At SAPS’s advertised 2026 constable salary, that total equals more than 35 annual basic salaries, before benefits, training and operational costs.
During my May oversight visit, Khayelitsha’s Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit had 21 officials against an identified ideal of 43.
President Ramaphosa could relieve Mchunu of his Cabinet post while he remains an MP. Any entitlement to legal representation is a separate issue.
Keeping two ministerial pay packages running for one portfolio is a reckless use of taxpayers’ money. Citing policy does not make it responsible.
Ramaphosa must end this arrangement. Police and Justice must disclose the full bill and the limits on further legal spending.
