How Novak settles a fact: → Resolvers read @chainlink + @RobinhoodCrypto stock tokens → 2-of-3 quorum proposes, evidence public → Anyone can dispute with a bond → Committees of ≤7, then ≤15, need 66% → No consensus? VOID, full refunds Resolve it right, or refund it all
